Arby's — Restaurant in Edmonton

An absolute banger of an Arby’s to stop in at. Gilbert was my server and hands down does an amazing job. I would come here to have the feeling of being waited on nicely by someone behind s counter. TO THE MANAGERS!!! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AS HE IS WHAT ANY RESTAURANT NEEDS!!! straight up brother if they don’t give you a raise go to serving. You would absolutely KILL IT in tips alone. I’ll be seeing you again my brother.

On top of that the food was delicious. Feels like the energy of this place has a level of professionalism that is notable. Again Gilbert addresses everyone who comes into the store and is so good at his job he is borderline entertaining people with his politeness

We asked for a Crispy Chicken Burger, Curly Fry Poutine, Fire Roasted Philly Combo with Fries and a Large Diet Coke, Large Jamoka shake and extra Arby's and Horsey Sauce.

We received a Chicken Bacon Swiss Burgur, a curly fry Poutine WITHOUT a fork, the fire roasted Philly sandwich but not a combo, no fries just the drink. They asked us 3-4 times what kind of shake we wanted. They forgot the sauces and had charged us extra for them.

When we returned they didn't understand their mistake. We explained what we needed fixed 3-4 times to the lady at the window, who then needed us to explain it AGAIN to her manager for approval. The lady in the window offered us a large fries instead of medium to help make up for everything, then her manager wouldn't let us have large fries and made her give us a regular.

Fast competent service, the milkshakes are tasty & the only issue is google maps directions to this place, it is much easier to access from the back entrance & proceed to drive thru than to try to actually cross 5 lanes of traffic coming off of a major artillery route. Please also make sure that if someone orders milkshakes etc that they get them. I ended up having to come back for mine & thankfully I had my receipt & a staff member had mentioned it to someone, so I did eventually get them, but when over 11.00 of just beverages are completely forgotten to be given to the customer- there is usually a book, or sheet or something where stuff like that is written down so that when /if customer comes back they get their items asap without ANY issue & perhaps a coupon or coupon code to use to make up for having to drive all...
