barBURRITO — Restaurant in Edmonton

I’ve been a regular at Barburrito for years, but after my last few visits, I’m seriously considering not coming back. The service at this location has been horrible.

I asked for two extra scoops of salsa (just how I like it), and the employee told me I’d have to pay extra. That’s fine if it’s the policy, but I’ve been to other Barburrito locations many times and have never been charged for extra salsa. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak to the manager or get his name so I could reach out to corporate, and he just told me to leave.

It gets worse though – as I was leaving and getting in my car, the employee came outside and started taking pictures of me and my car’s license plate. I even have a video of it.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service here either. The day before, another employee named Preet was rude as well.

I reached out to the store owner, Jagdeep, but he said it’s a privately owned store, and the employee's behavior was fine. He also told me I’m not welcome back at this location.

Pretty disappointing after being a loyal barburrito customer...

If i can give zero definitely i ll give them zero, no customer service, the way of talk is really bad, i am regular customer always going in but they are not understanding what customer wants just looking at face and always arguing with customer , the way of dealing and talk by employees is really really poor , i don’t understand what training they just got , manager should improve their employees customer service and stop them doing arguments with customers , today i just went in and the girl continuesly arguing at one point except say sorry, i intrupted her not to argue but she was not stopping , i wanna ask manager is this your customer service or you trained your employees like this ? I had a fantastic experience at Bar Burrito! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to order. The variety of toppings and customizable options made it easy to create the perfect burrito.
