I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant, which I feel compelled to share. There were two young Black customers (minors) ahead of me who had trouble with their card. They politely explained that they had arranged for someone to e-transfer the money and asked if they could wait a couple of minutes. Instead of showing understanding, the employee immediately threatened to call the cops on them. This was not only unprofessional but also deeply troubling, considering that the appropriate response would have been simply to hold the sandwiches and allow them to pay when the transaction went through.
As someone with over a decade of experience in customer service, I know that people do come back to pay when they say they will, especially in situations like this. By threatening to call the police, the employee wasted both the food and an opportunity to resolve the situation calmly and professionally. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, and the staff's actions seemed to be rooted in racial bias, which is incredibly concerning. This is not the kind of behavior you should expect from any business, let alone a service-oriented one.
Because of this appalling interaction, I will never return to this establishment, and I urge others to be aware of how their staff treats all customers. Your employee needs serious training on both customer service and handling sensitive situations. I can’t support a business that allows this type...
Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could, my mom and I went here on October 11th around 8pm hoping to get some subs to take home for dinner. There was only one girl working - this young Indian/Punjabi girl with a long black braid in her hair (didn’t see her name). She didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in the store and was working on online orders. We stood there trying to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking “maybe she’ll finish the sub she’s on and then she’ll take our order”.. but no!!! She kept ignoring us and moved on to making another NEW SUB. We waited for about 5 minutes and still no acknowledgement. We left the store and will not be returning. We ended up going to Firehouse subs where we got amazing service and had the best subs we’ve ever had!! And guess what.. we got greeted right when we walked in (as it should be)
I see similar reviews about this same girl from back in May, I feel like management should be doing something about this and either trying to train her in customer service skills or just simply letting her go. This is completely unacceptable and will honestly cause your business to keep...

When I received the order there was no veggie patty just sub and when i called them there reply was they discontinued the patty if you discontinued the patty when you received the order why you didn’t called me or informed uber that you don’t have that item. You guys charge that for order and also i selected cucumber lettuce peppers and redonins in my order. but there was only lettuce which seems like not fresh. and also for sauce they just put mayonnaise in that. I don’t know why they not make order perfect. noone can eat that food. and just charge you for items which not available. Scammers. Girl replied new girl made it And I replied then why the Company let workers make order who don’t have proper training. She replied she don’t know why They let her work.
