If you order delivery, they will mess up your order and then won't reimburse you adequately. The family and I had ordered food for a family movie night. Movie started, food arrives, both the fries and drink are missing from my wife's meal and the food was as cold as could be. They were only willing to reimburse the fries and drink when most fast food places I order delivery from will reimburse you a full free meal for the inconvenience of their mistake. Really they would only be giving us a free burger since we paid for the fries and drink we didn't get.
Had we been in the restaurant, replacing the fries and drink would be adequate. When we order out, it's because we have plans and a botched order cannot be replaced in time. A future free meal should be the default replacement offer, as most fast food places do if you call them.
Edit: Annnnd my 4 year old daughter just found a hair in the middle of her burger.
$15 for a basic meal with no upsizing or extras, you're already ripping people off. The least you could do is adequately reimburse your customer for your mistake.

The location always seems to have very few people working leading to longer wait times than you might hope for. On top of that, my frozen treats always seem to be consistently undersized and lacking toppings. Have paid extra for cheesecake in my blizzard twice for there to be little to no cheesecake pieces inside. My last dipped cone I ordered was a large yet was about the same size as a small one I got at another location.
