Blossom Cakery — Restaurant in Edmonton

I tried many places around where we live for a customised birthday cake and they all said at least a week's notice. This being our first time, I was under the impression that 3-4 days would be sufficient until I started making enquiries.

I wasn't planning to order a cake as a result, but the wifie wouldn't give up and did a thorough search online and the first one I was sent was Blossom Cakery! I just thought of sending them an email to see if they could make a customised cake at all at such short notice (3 days) and they gladly replied they could! I sent a photo of one, but was told the design on one would need at least a week's notice.

I sent them another photo and was told that was doable. We all were so happy the end result turned out to be really nice, in person as well as taste. I forgot to ask the lady's name, but thank you so much for accommodating us in such short notice. Next time, we'll make sure we let you know in advance and don't give you too much trouble in the nick of time! I definitely recommend them to everyone and anyone looking to entice your sweet tooth...

I can't say enough good things about Blossom Bakery! They recently made cakes for my 3-year-old and 1-year-old's joint birthday party, and they were absolutely fantastic. Not only were the cakes beautifully decorated—perfect for a kids' birthday—they were also incredibly tasty.

Blossom Bakery impressed me with their punctuality; the cakes were ready on time without any hassle. And let's talk about the price—it's unbeatable! Most other bakeries were quoting over $200 for a 10-inch cake, but Blossom Bakery offered a much more reasonable price. (It was butter cream, which is way tastier in my opinion then other fondant ones.)

The service was exceptional; they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our celebration. Thank you, Blossom Bakery, for making our kids' birthday so special! We'll definitely be back for more cakes...

We ordered a custom birthday cake for our son’s second birthday in 2023. The order was placed via the website request form which was easy to use. For clarity of details and confirmation they received our order I called and spoke to them on the phone, they took all the details and they made me feel comfortable and confident. We finalized our order via email with an e-transfer for the deposit which was super convenient. A few Weeks later we picked up the order at the scheduled date and time. We could not be happier with Blossom. They are running a tight ship, very well organized with an easy & seamless ordering process. And most importantly the cake looked exactly like we dreamed up and absolutely tasted amazing.
