Cosmic Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Edmonton

Ordered a pizza at 6pm they call me 30 minutes later to tell me they wont have a delivery person until 7, fine whatever, ill wait a bit longer. they call me back and tell me they'll be there with my food at 7:15, 8pm the delivery guy finally shows up, at this point i had been waiting nearly 2 hours for my food, so i had already eaten something else assuming he wasnt showing up, abysmal service, they didnt offer any kind of discount or anything, they asked me if id come pick it up myself too(why would i order delivery?!), im extremely annoyed and they didnt even offer to comp anything, i had to ask and they pretty much just waived the delivery fee and thats it, 5 dollars off a 54 dollar order absolutely ridiculous, id also add that i actually like they're pizza, ordered from sherwood park location plenty of times and it was great, there's something wrong with this location though, DO NOT...

Literally worst location. A few days ago, I placed an order online, and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes. All staff were in the back, I waited for a couple of minutes and then called someone. They kept ignoring me because there's no way they did not hear me since they weren't that far, and I could her them. After about 5 minutes, someone finally came out but said they did not have any online orders. She looked my order up, and it turns out they missed it. They did not apologize. I just said that if I still want my order, it will be ready in 30 minutes. This has never happened at other locations. Staff is incredibly lazy and doesn't care.
