I like this location very clean and bright .

Yesterday I came to order my drinks and it wasn’t busy at all . The lady taking my order is very slow she made me repeat my order 2 times so she can press it in and I always said Large before I start my order because I know they always ask small or large .

My mom was waiting for the order so I can go next door to get something else . I came back and they weren’t done , but I notice 1 of the drink to be a small so I had to let them know I told the lady a large .

By the time I got home I notice one of the drink to be made incorrectly she gave me a milk tea instead of taro milk tea Pregnancy brain I couldn’t think when I was grabbing it .

So two things would’ve been wrong but I went home with 1 incorrect drink instead .

I don’t understand how she got the order wrong when I had to repeat myself how many times with her even my mom said I heard you say large for all drinks and even said taro milk tea I was even looking at the menu that had the popular drinks pop up I was reading it out...

Coco Fresh Tea offers a wide variety of teas, and we do appreciate the range they have when it comes to classic milk teas and fruit teas. However, their slush and smoothie menu is limited, and we really hope they consider expanding it to match the diversity of their tea options.

Unfortunately, customer service continues to be a major downside at this location. We visit regularly, and more often than not, the experience is disappointing. The staff generally come across as unfriendly, and today’s visit (May 18, around 6 PM) was particularly frustrating. One of the staff members (a girl) was notably rude—not just curt, but outright dismissive and disrespectful. We understand that it was busy and that she was handling multiple orders, but being overwhelmed is not an excuse for treating customers poorly. No one deserves that kind of attitude.

If there were another bubble tea spot nearby, we honestly wouldn’t return to Coco. For now, it remains the only convenient option in the area, but that’s really the only reason...

Me and my mother were excited for this new bubble tea place to open up we went to get some drinks today I ordered a pearl milk tea with pearls, and coconut jelly with 50% sugar, and light ice yet they gave me my drink with only the coconut jelly and it tasted really sweet my mom ordered a taro milk tea with pearls less ice and we did not get any pearls? Then my mom went over to ask if they could add pearls because they clearly couldn't hear me when i asked for pearls. When they remade my drink they took out my coconut jelly which we did not say to take out 🤦‍♀️ lastly we ordered an avocado smoothie with coconut jelly and pearls with 50% sugar we got both our pearls and jelly but the drink was overpowered by how much sugar there was.. it was very upsetting that me and my mother were excited to get drinks from here but didn't get what we wanted.
