Very disappointed, every time I go here they mess up the order. I ask for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes I ask for extra mc chicken sauce for dipping my fries they charge me for it and then doesn’t give it to me saying I have to pay for it. No ketchup in bag even though it was asked for when ordered. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m starting to get frustrated. It’s meant avoiding this location at all costs. My father is allergic to tomatoes therefore cannot be on the burger and I fear these mess ups is just waste of my money because it has to be thrown out. (because I feel like I shouldn’t have to open every single burger I order before I leave the window just to be sure and then get home to realize the order is wrong yet again.)
Another instance I came to this location and was asked to go and wait in the pick up stall at the side of the store. there where no other cars behind me and It was during a slow period so I asked if I could stay put as there where no other cars. The lady told me no because it will mess up her “time” I restated that there was no other cars behind me so it didn’t matter if I waited at the window. She said no again and started arguing with me that I would be messing up their store’s score for window times. (I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure customer satisfaction is better then a competition between stores.) she was quite rude until a supervisor came and said I could stay. Supervisor didn’t apologize for the way staff was treating me, and when I finally got my order they messed it up too!
Do not recommend this location little to no costumer service and no sense of quality of product delivery and no empathy in staff when these issues are...
Read moreSo I've worked in the food industry a few years now both as a server and as a fast food person, and i know in both fields that when a customer politely comes back with food made wrong you just remake it entirely, which I assume is your policy on food service. That's the first thing. Second thing, I paid for Mac sauce on my dbl quarter pounder and found no mac sauce on my burger when I checked it, so after a long day of serving other people food I went back through the drive through expected to be given the same amount of consideration I give my guests. No such luck. The person at the first window took my burger and was rather nice, the second guy waved me down to his end as soon as he finished with the other guy in the drive through and so I go up and he hands me this tub of mac sauce... okay, kind of passive aggressive as I don't need a tub, and the other guy has my burger. He tried to wave me off to which I tell him the other guy has my burger, I'm super confused cause this is not how food service works, and so the other guy comes back with my burger and I open it up and there's half a bottle on the burger! In the photo I have not touched the container of Mac sauce at all... I'm posting because this is not the only messed up burger, nor the only passive aggressive response I've gotten at this McDonald's... the one on Victoria trail has always been far more friendly, and I honestly should have taken the extra couple minutes to go to that one, but I am tired and hungry and I made the wrong decision... honestly, go to the Vic trail one, because at least if they mess up the do proper...

Absolutely disgraceful.
I came in just to grab a quick bite, but instead walked into the most unprofessional and pathetic excuse for customer service I’ve ever witnessed — and I’m not exaggerating.
The manager — yes, the manager — in a blue shirt and necktie, was glued to her phone like it was her lifeline. I stood right in front of her, clearly trying to place an order. I said “excuse me” three times. Nothing. No acknowledgment, no eye contact — just a blank stare at her screen like I didn’t exist. I stood there, completely ignored, for five minutes while she continued tapping away like she was on break in her bedroom, not at work.
Then, without a word, she casually walked off into the kitchen and started chatting with staff back there — laughing, joking, not a care in the world. I even tried waving at her to get her attention, and still nothing. Just completely blew me off.
At that point, I walked out. Honestly, what else can you do when even the manager doesn’t care?
This wasn’t just bad service — this was hostile indifference. I’ve had better customer service from vending machines. If this is the level of leadership running your store, then you’re not just failing — you’re actively chasing customers away.
I’ve been to some rough McDonald’s locations, but this one takes the crown for worst experience ever. Absolutely...
