I can only describe my experience as inconvenient and unpleasant. It appears they haven’t figured out how to change their location on their Google My Business account, so I ended up at their old address. I had to call them for the new location. Its located in the downtown core which is annoying. I also don’t plan on spending money on parking to shop, so I was lucky enough to get a parking spot in front but that was lucky. Otherwise I’d need to find a paid parking spot (yes you get 1/2 hr free) but depending on where you park and how long you spend there it could cost you, unless you like tickets. I finally got to the door to find it was locked and a sign to knock on door cause it was windy. Unfortunately no one was on the actual sales floor so I had to pound on the door twice and call before someone came out from the back. Really annoying. Then I immediately asked for a product and mentioned I needed to get in and out bc I didn’t want a ticket. She mentioned the 1/2 hr parking but like I said before, that’s still a hassle. I just wanted what I came for and leave. I found her unfriendly and the most she communicated to me was regarding how to properly use my card for payment 🙄 other than that her muttering was about why the door was locked and parking. It appeared that their convenience was the priority. Quickly got what I came for and headed for the door. She stood at till, so I had to unlock the door to get out. I’m not sure why they thought opening a location downtown was a good idea… maybe it works for some. Doesn’t work for me. Thankfully there are growing options in the city where I can vote with my dollars. I don’t need the hassle of going downtown and dealing with parking, so I will...

OMG, the most amazing store if you are following Keto! Went in today to check it out. I’ve bought from Mama Leila before when they just had a kitchen to buy from or she would let us do pick up from her home. The most amazing cakes and other bakery items! Seriously amazing! Love the new store, free parking downtown for 30 minutes. DEAL lol Met the new staff which were amazing, k new their products and easily answered every question. I found them very friendly, polite and professional. Some lady wrote they were rude, I think more the lady who wrote the review was rude. I took entire 30 minutes plus some 😬 extra time and the interactions with other customers were very professional. I found her to be very friendly and couldn’t do more to make sure you were happy with your purchase. Trust me, I’m very big on customer service and they didn’t disappoint. People are always so quick to judge and write bad reviews but never the good things! TRUST ME PEOPLE, check it out. You’ll wanna buy everything in the store. Lol Keep up the good job, love...

Unlike Soo, I have never had an issue with the parking or location of this store. I get anxious driving downtown, but I can always find a spot on the street on the same block as the store, and getting my free 30 minute parking sorted out is ridiculously easy.

Now that that's taken care of! I come here for the baked goods, which are AMAZING. The peanut butter bars are the perfect little snack to go with my morning coffee (I split each bar in half for a two-bite treat). The cupcakes are the most flavourful and best textured I've ever experienced with keto baked goods, and there's just so much more! Cheesecake, cookies, cheddar garlic buns!

On top of all her amazing baking, Leila's bringing in goods from other keto bakers and bringing in so much other stuff that she has become my one-stop keto shop.

I will say that the customer service probably doesn't please everyone. They aren't overly effusive or coming out from behind the counter to offer assistance. But they're perfectly friendly and do their jobs. As an introvert, this suits...
