Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

Absolutely insane how awful of an experience this has been.

Stopped getting Pizza 73 due to higher costs and and lack of wow factor however I regretfully decided to try it for my friends birthday.

We placed the order 35 minutes ahead of time online and when it come to collection that is when the problems started, first off the walking in experience of worker yelling at each other outside is not the best look, and then walking inside and having more people also yelling each other, not a great start.

Waiting probably 4-5 minutes to be noticed by an employee, I gave my name and the employee left and continued to do what they needed with absolutely zero communication to me on what was happening, after 10 minutes I was asked again about my order, gave my name again and then left for another 4-5 minutes, after this time they finally got me my order and the employee who helped me earlier got me a bag which was nice, however, no idea what their name was since nobody was wearing any name tag or anything like that so such is life.

Overall the experience of being there was brutal and quite honestly it makes me want to never go again, at the very least, never to this location.

Now we get to the food/order, firstly, the chicken wings order was wrong, the small pizza was cut poorly as if they had Stevie Wonder in the back running the operation.

The pizza was alright but Id rather spend half the time, half the money and less the hassle and order little ceasers, at least with them i understand the type of experience Im going to get when I order the absolute cheapest and lowest quality pizza money can buy.

Overall, avoid this location as if it were the plague, my one and only redeemable part of this excursion was the other customer that held the door for me as I left this godforsaken establishment.

Beyond words at this point. Moldy bacon on my pizza, this location tried sending another pizza, when the complaint was made. Which makes no sense due to a complaint of mold on the pizza. MOLD not undercooked or overcooked food but mold. Absolutely disgusting. Zero communication between location and managers resulting in my wife having to go back to the store and waste more gas money to have to argue with the staff to get our money refunded, in which again we were offered a free pizza when we were promised a refund on the pizza. Why would you ever offer someone food from a location that had sent in moldy food. This is disgusting service and even worse to send a customer moldy food and then treat them VERY poorly after. Make sure you’re actually looking at the toppings you’re putting on the pizza before sending them out to people who eat what you’ve prepared. So thank you for feeding myself and my pregnant wife moldy food. The bad taste in my mouth is gone but I can assure you we’ll never use pizza 73 in any location again. Really disappointing how the food quality and customer service has diminished this much. I’d also like to mention that our poutine we ordered, while actually tasty. Had popcorn chicken in it, that would have normally been a nice surprise. Updated - Feb 1, 2022 So today I gave last try to this pizza store for delivery as I was sick to go out and order at another store(which I usually do now,since my last bad experience with this store). I am regretting now why I ordered today and wasted my money on pizza and tip. Seems like they intentionally burnt the onions on pizza as the chicken tasted still uncooked.thats weird how one topping is overcooked and other is undercooked🙄😂😂, I wish I can give zero or negative star. Would order thru skip the dishes or other online platforms from different stores rather than going back again to this store ever. And will never recommend to anyone. Everything tastes ridiculous with less cheese and burnt topping quality. Smh and then they send replies to everyone that they want more info or will look into this,why don't the owner understand from the negative or unhappy reviews. Since I moved close to this store from few months I start buying pizza from here, but lately their quality has went so bad don't feel like to go again. My last 2 topper pizza order, pizza dough was still raw, forget about extra cheese there was not even enough regular cheese, felt like I was just eating raw dough with pizza sauce on it.
