I lived in that area for 16 years and never bothered to order from them.... WHAT a colossal mistake,, I've done pizza hut, 73, Papa john's,Panago. These places have long forgotten quality and care. Thin topping-less pieces. It take 5 -6 pieces to even fill me;and is more dough than anything.. Disappointed one day, I decide to try other places. Im scrolling down the possibilities on google when i see Versato's. Its all too familiar and i know where it is. I have driven by there and used services in that very strip mall. I fear failure with the old familiar. I order the Versato's Special and 1lb. wings (BBQ). with delivery it comes to 49$ I gave a 10% tip(it was during covid 19). A little over an hour. Well worth the wait! Hot ,delicious, This pizza had a look that separated itself from all the rest. WOW! These pictures depict my pizza the next morning; cold. All i can tell you i could barely get through two before i was feeling the contentment of full. Thick slices,a cornucopia of toppings The family were non stop with "where did you order from", as they all continued to talk with filled mouths. OK... so the old saying; You learn from your mistakes! Yes, indeed i have! If Versato's is like the matrix, i could never go back to the blue pills of pizza. I took the red(Versato's) and went on a journey of pizza bliss. You can too! Thank you Versato's for true pizza enlightenment! See you soon!

I was inquiring whether Edmonton had a Vern's Pizza and this establishment appeared in my search results. Notably, their menu bears a strong resemblance to Vern's. Consequently, we decided to give it a try and were thoroughly impressed. The abundance of toppings, the pizza sauce, and the variety of vegetables all served as reminders of Vern's. Typically, we opt for the Momma Mia at Vern's, but the 'Big One,' weighing 7 pounds, seemed excessive given our level of hunger. Instead, we selected the Versato Special, akin to a house pizza. We requested that onions be omitted, and our request was accommodated. Additionally, we ordered hot wings, which were baked and appeared to be seasoned with Frank's hot sauce. While spicy, the heat was manageable for those familiar with Frank's hot sauce. Their garlic toast was also satisfactory, striking a balance between flavor and subtlety.

It wasn’t my choice to order here. My husband thought he’d try something different and was, for some reason, unperturbed by the rather shocking cost of their “thick” pies ($30 each). I guess he thought the pricier the better? I can’t speak for the Hawaiian pizza, but the vegetarian was mostly just boring cheese. And by mostly, I mean, the cheese was thicker than the entire pizza. As a result, it was super greasy… dripping with grease… way too greasy (and I say this as someone raised on Regina-style pizza). The sauce and crust were pretty good and there was a semi-decent helping of toppings per slice, but, yeah… mostly just cheese and grease. I mean, anyone can toss a bunch of cheese on a pizza and call it a “thick” pizza. It was not worth 30$. I will not order here again.

Pizza is the best and my go to in the city, but that's not why I'm here.

I was watching football at my friends place literally just on the other side of the river from Versato's, we decided we wanted to try everyone's favorite pizza places over the next couple weeks of the football season. My go to suggestion was obviously a Trex from Versato's. I tried to order for delivery but when I gave him my friends address he asked if it was across the river, I confirmed and was told they don't delivery south of the river. I was very confused by this, I've ordered delivery to my place near the Blatchford with no problem, the address across the river was half the distance and time then it was to my place. I didn't think much of it and picked it up myself, pizza was a hit!

Upon discussion we tried to figure out why they wouldn't cross the river, the only conclusion we could think of... VAMPIRES! We are pretty sure their are vampires working at Versato's, why else would they not cross the river, UNLESS THEY CAN'T CROSS RUNNING WATER!?!! I'm not here to be prejudice towards vampires though, please keep being excellent pizza makers!

P.S. If I just uncovered a secret vampire cabal, please spare me I'll take down the review and I will order your delicious...

My family and I were excited to order here yesterday as the pizza here is usually amazing! To start there was no customer service with the fellow I spoke to on the phone. I asked him about their 2-1 deals and he told me there was no for 2 for 1 on the thick topping pizzas I told him I wanted the deal so I was fine with the thinner topping pizzas. I put in my order all the while he had no customer service and sounded more annoyed then anything. He didn’t confirm my order nor tell me a total over the phone so I should have seen that as a huge red flag. When I arrived I was surprised my order was wrong! The gentlemen that discovered this went to go talk to the owner who yelled from the kitchen “no, we don’t charge 2-1 on thick topping pizza’s”, whoever took her order go talk to her ( rather then himself coming to see what happened and offer any service at all/ he also had his mask half down and had no COVId protocols in place!). The fellow who took my order arrived and continued to tell me I was WRONG and again had no lack of customer service and rudely interrupted me to tell me he would make a new pizza but it would be another 45 minute wait. I couldn’t believe the lack of service in try to resolve an issue that was their fault. Sadly we...
