I ordered the chicken parmesan for pick up and asked if it came with vegetables, it doesn't so I asked if I could order a side to go with it and what the vegetables were. They told me it was corn so I decided against it as that's not really a vegetable, just a filler. They told me they would give me mixed vegetables so I said ok add it to my order. Went for pickup and she showed me the "mixed vegetables" was a bunch corn with some other discolored frozen veggies mixed in. I said no thank you, they offered something from the salad bar to which I accepted and took some Greek salad. Got back to my hotel and opened up the containers. The "chicken parm" is not chicken parm, it is a processed chicken product hidden under 2 cups (not an exaggeration) of marinara sauce with some cheese on top. I had to drain out the sauce to find the "chicken" it tasted disgusting and not edible. The spaghetti with meat sauce was the same marinara sauce and it had the same nasty taste to it, the spaghetti was dried out and old. Again not edible. The Greek salad was on par with the rest and not edible, I don't know what they put on it or maybe it is the vegetables but it tastes rotten. All in all $20 spent on "food" that went in the garbage. I was also over charged, the menu says 15.95 for chicken parm and she told me she wasn't charging me for the Greek salad but she charged me close to $18...
Read moreStopped by for breakfast a few days ago.
Hadn't been there since new owners had taken over. I do visit the Whitecourt location which I've found to be very good.
Walked in and waited to be seated as the sign says. Waitress yelled from the kitchen "sit yourself anywhere" so I did just that, by the window. Wasn't busy but patrons scattered everywhere. This is a big place inside so this became part of the issue.
Only one waitress on, took a long time for my order to be taken. Ordered steak and eggs with a coffee. When the plate finally arrived I was asked if I'd like steak sauce, which I replied "yes" please. Waitress went on her way. By the time she came back with it, my breakfast was consumed. She was too late, I'm a slow eater. I wasn't offered a refill on my coffee at anytime. Steak was terribly overcooked, which I shared when I paid my bill. I could hear her giving the cook hell over it as I departed.
The place was clean. Appears quite a few dollars spent renovating. I'll try again in the near future as one visit isn't enough.
Hope this review helps their business...

We all have bad days... but I think was the main.manager or owner... he is certainly rude. As my friend was hard of hearing she clarified the special by asking him to repeat it and he started with " I already said that it's..." and his accent made it hard to understand he said Buffalo. We had to get up after 20mins of him not checking us.. so we could ask for refills. Bacon was so over cooked we pulled out of the sandwich.... like dehydrated icy bacon. Toast hard... as if it was cold before being buttered. Yuck. Lastly - there rye is more pumpernickel... so dark rye than standard light rye. It's a surprise...and not great. Menu is 90% sandwiches and burgers.... very little starters and hardly any fresh light options. After waiting another 20mins for the bill we just went up to pay. There were a total of 4 tables (8ppl) with 2 staff... there was no reason for this.
Had hoped to have another spot -...
