My experience at Tim Hortons was truly remarkable and one that I’ll always remember fondly. As someone still in the process of learning English, I sometimes feel nervous or hesitant when placing orders, especially in fast-paced environments. However, during my visit to Tim Hortons, all those worries melted away thanks to the incredible staff. They were so kind, patient, and understanding, taking the time to listen and assist me without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable.
One employee, in particular, stood out for their genuine friendliness and attentiveness. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at ease, treating me with respect and care throughout the interaction. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who is not only professional but also so warm and empathetic. Their effort made me feel welcomed, valued, and more confident, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

Read moreI don't know about their coffee I don't order it but the Staff is always friendly but Its hard to communicate over the intercoms sometimes, and it's extremely fast to get your food, but man I think they're overworked, always so busy here, at least when I see it, and there's so many orders and things going on, they mess up orders a lot, but it's not even their fault, as the environment and pace is not good.
I've worked in kitchens before, it shouldn't be everyday that hectic, no idea the solution, needs some dude specialising in fast food efficiency to check it out.
The corporates need to reduce the amount of sugar in the doughnuts it's getting out of control, does the public really want that much sweetness in a crueller, also shrinkflation and putting excess wood pulp and fillers is hitting this fast food giant more than others imo.
Edit* Jun, 2025. I came back and the Filipino staff was very friendly and working very fast and hard. They are quick on their feet and attentive to customers needs. The food and coffee as lighting fast , likely fastest in Edson. Nothing to complain about except the high levels of sugar in their items...
Read moreUnder staff, no organization. The staff tried very hard to serve everyone but it was chaotic, and disorganized. Workers were scattered trying to do multiple job duties at once. The cashier left her cash and went to the drive thru cash, eventually another employee came back to front cash, took our order, left to do another task, then the 1st cashier who went to the drive thru cash came back to finish preparing our order. I ended up with two hot beverages mixed incorrectly. They tried to correct it, but I unknowingly left with two incorrect mixed beverages. They did try. I think they were too busy to concentrate. It took me more than twenty minutes to place my order and receive it. My order consisted of 4 hot beverages and one cold beverage, one cookie and 10 timbits.
