Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Edson

Came in to the Edson location after driving in from Vancouver. Asked to have bell peppers on the side as i am allergic but im paying for them regardless so wanted them on the side for the wife to eat. I’m first told all the veggies are diced and mixed together early in the day for when orders are ordered. So i questioned they aren’t using fresh veggies, they are pre cutting everything. I’m told no it is fresh but they do this for speed. After telling them about my allergy, i am told that now they magically have been changed from being all together to being stored separately. So now it makes no sense that i cant have them on the side. Chef comes out and says he can’t do it because he needs to do it to get the proper flavours. After saying i can’t eat the peppers because of an allergy, he says i can get them without the peppers if i want but he was unwilling to cook them separately for me and i will have to either have them on the dish or not at all.

I decided not have a dish. I wanted to leave but of course my wife wanted to stay and eat with my girls. So sat there bitter and ate a couple Thai bites. Then when she brings the bill i tell her I’m not ready to pay, she doesn’t listen and puts the machine on the table.

Service sucks here, food quality is in the toilet and the chef is an A Hole and cooks what he wants not what the customer wants. Think twice before...

Walked into the restaurant and other than us there was a table of 3 finishing up their meal. As we were walking to our table the waitress said over her shoulder what the soup was. As my husband was trying to hang his coat up he stood there waiting because the waitress felt it was a great time to text or do something with her cell phone right in the middle of the walkway by our table and he was waiting for her to move out of the way so he could sit down. The other people left so we were now the only people in the restaurant. Then we got to sit and listen to the waitresses gossip for 15 minutes as we waited for someone to take our order. Finally a waitress comes over all surprised we hadnt ordered and says that her co-worker was supposed to take our order, the same co-worker she had just been talking to for 15 minutes. Sat for another 20 minutes waiting for our food and the waitress brings it to our table and says the kitchen mixed everything up but she'd give us some plates so we could switch everything around. Remember how we were the only ones in the restaurant??? She brought it from the kitchen knowing it was wrong but instead of taking it back and correcting it, she figured we should just correct it ourselves? We are generally patient people and would've understood the mix up a bit had they been really busy, but they weren't busy at all! Very...

First time in Edson using Tesla Super Charger, super hungry and no energy to search for other restaurants nearby to charging station so I decided to try Boston Pizza in Edson AB. The first waitress is good enough to take my order though you can tell she's in a bit hurry to ask further question (for the record the restaurant has only 5 customers inside not busy at all) or if I need more time to choose my meal so I thought maybe she's in bad mood so I let it go. The second waitress older lady delivered my food is even worst. Went divered my meal, no hi or hello even at least a cue that she's about to put my meal on the table nothing!!!. She seems hating her job and only talking to other Caucasian customers except to Asian??? Well unfortunately that's what i felt especially that it is my first time, never seen them before or know them personally. Never got any follow up about the food, or at least offer something like dessert or maybe a refill to my drinks. I will never go to thatbplace anymore and I hope the Management / owner f8nd ways to elevate or coach the team for proper customer service. Let's treat customer equally and do not let hate or...
