This place is simply incredible...
I placed a pre-paid order through the Burger King app. The order included a salad, which I was informed upon arrival was unavailable. I told the staff that it was fine and it could be excluded from the order, but as time passed it became clear that there was no intention to refund me for the salad that had been paid for and which Burger King had no intention of providing.
I had to request a refund, which apparently was not even considered and I soon learned why. After speaking with multiple staff members, which I assume were managers, I was told that they were not going to refund me because the order was placed through the app. Apparently Burger King will advertise the availability of products on their app, accept payment for these products and expect that the customer will not have an issue when the products are not provided and their money is not returned. In essence, a con job.
Despite signs and posters posted throughout the store encouraging customers to order through the app, the store refused to refund me for the item they could not provide. No apology was issued and no attempt was made to correct the wrong. To top it off, the staff were rude and unapologetic.

We have been there a half a dozen times and it is only employing one person to both take orders from people, take payment for orders from people inside the restaurant, take orders for the drive-thru, take payment for orders for the drive-thru, and then cook all the meals and serve them on trays or in to go bags 4 both sides of the restaurant, indoor Dine-in and drive through at the same time!
It is a three-person job at minimum and most other restaurants are populated with as many employees if not more?
A 10-minute Pit Stop 4 breakfast turned into a half an hour waiting to put our order in, pay for it, and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be prepared oh, and the 7 Minutes required to eat it.
I am not complaining, simply stating our dining experience over the last half a dozen visits. With covid-19 I understand businesses are experiencing a number of stressors to how they operate oh, so we are patient as the customer service is very good! The staff is kind and helpful, although overworked!

The main problem is that the staff are clearing order from the system before they are delivered to hide how bad the service is. I remember this trick from when I worked at McDonald’s some people would do it in the drive through and keep ONE order in memory to make the times look lower. This group takes it to the next level and cleared all the lobby orders. Relying on receipts on the counter instead.
The lobby was about half full of people waiting 15-20 minutes for orders so it was absolute chaos.
To make things worse the kiosk receipt printer was not working so customers didn’t know the order numbers… and because they had been cleared from the order screen they could not see them. A staff member would come by and quietly mumble an order number once in a while. A group of customers had to interrogated her for order details to decide who it belonged to.
After a long time they finally realized my order was ready, it was mildly warm and almost as soggy as the onion...
