Slowest Tim's I've ever been to. If there's even 2 people ahead of you, you will wait 20 minutes or more to finally get coffee. They also seem to tend to the drive thru first. There's always a ton of little black flies on the walls leading up to and doors of the bathroom which is just a few steps away from where they make the doughnuts. They open up at 5am. In between 5 and 8 in the morning is apparently when they always decide to close the women's washroom for cleaning. I guess they don't clean it before closing? Most of the time one of the 2 stalls will not have toilet paper as well and they have a big dirty open vent above the stalls and the bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned..... Half of the time when you get a breakfast bagel you do not get the lettuce or tomato that's suppose to be on it.... there's also always big raunchy spiders above the entrance doors that never get knocked down....I could go on for a hot minute. In short, drive the extra 10 or so minutes and go to a different one. So disappointed...

The employees are always friendly & patient no matter how many cars are in line for a coffee or something else. My coffee is always served the way I order it & never have I been served a warm or cold coffee, always just the right temp, & always served with "Have a Great Day", & a friendly Smile. I do, however, wish that due to most places wanting their customers to use debit, etc, that there was a way I could also provide a tip while using this method of payment. The employees do work very hard & especially during Covid-19, many employees had worked overtime to help serve the customers that still craved their Amazing Coffee, among so many other choices that they now have available. Read moreThis past Saturday, couldn't of been more of an unorganized time at this location gave the store more then enough time to prepare my order. A few other customers and myself waited a length of time for our food. Which was wrong on my end and seemed wrong with he few other customers. I did not like that one worker said they must of rung in my order wrong when I watched and made sure and even had a receipt. Passing the blame is why I am writing this. #nocoolwiththat. On anouther note when we were there the I feel like two of the workers owe the young lady that was making bagels and sandwiches a apology, yes the two lady's tryed to help her but they did not listen to her which is why all of these problems could of been avoid, hopefully if I ever go back I'll spell out what I want.
