The first time I ordered and picked up pizza from this place, I loved it. The service and food were both good, so good that I ordered delivery the very next day. After that I became a frequent customer until my third delivery order.

I had to cancel that third delivery order 6 minutes and 45 seconds after placing it due to an emergency (I have the call logs as proof). When I called, I asked if the pizza was ready and they said it had “just been put in the warmer.” The moment I mentioned canceling, the staff became upset and suddenly claimed it was “nearly done” instead of what they had just told me. They told me “you can never order again.” When I asked if they were banning me after one cancellation, they confirmed this policy, which is essentially a lifetime ban for any cancellation regardless of timing or reason. No other pizza place has such an extreme policy.

What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. No one asked what happened or even gave me a chance to explain it was due to an emergency. I was even willing to order the following day to make up for the cancellation. Even stranger, after telling me I could never order again and saying I couldn’t cancel, they still sent the delivery driver to my house. At that point I refused the food for safety concerns.

This policy is unreasonable, especially in an area with limited food options. I was a repeat customer who had multiple successful orders, was polite throughout, and called within minutes of ordering. Permanently banning someone for a 6 minute cancellation due to an emergency is excessive and unprofessional.

I have to say how disappointed we were in the business etiquette at this establishment. After a year and a half of ordering once a week, we had the women and owner be beyond disrespectful to us. We always ordered large for ourselves and a gluten free one for my kids. Despite the fact that the gluten free one had continued to come completely burnt (and no it's not the normal over cooked gluten issue) we continued to order from them because the truth is we loved the pizza and the convenience. However we had an incident where we had a hair cooked into our pizza and we called to ask for a resolution. We asked for a refund rather then a credit because we were unsure of what to think based on their mannerisms and they said they would give us a credit. We proceeded the next week to use the credit in store for 4lbs of wings and paid the 50 extra on top. The following week we called to place an order and we're told they would no longer deliver to our address because of our complaint! My husband drove to the store to pick up the pizza and talk to the owner and he simply said "that's how the cookie crumbles" Since then we attempted 2 more times to order a pizza but according to his girlfriend "we are banned" and laughed.

Never in my life could we imagine being banned because you cooked our pizza with hair in it.

Order two large pizzas one was a deluxe and the other was half meat lover, half cheese pizza both pizzas were large . We also got a large caesar salad. In total, it was $57.05 Also left a tip on top of that total. Of course we did not check the pizza when we were handed it. From the time we walked into the store and order “said pizzas” it took well over an hour!! We made sure multiple times to make sure that that pizza was half cheese and half meat lovers. Upon arrival at home both pizzas I can confidently say we’re not hot barely warm and the other half and half pizza was nonexistent. It was completely all meat lovers. We called the store and explained and they wanted to take the pizza BACK to show the cook his wrong. which I was told was the owner . They did offer to make us and deliver another one but they also wanted the meat lovers pizza back !! lol ! I couldn’t believe they had even asked that . We drove off with it and brought it home and opened it at our home and already had taken a couple slices and they want it BACK !! Umm NO . I can take a picture for you or I can show you when you get here. I did say you can make a large cheese pizza and you can deliver it or I can pick it up and they still requested to deliver the pizza. Over all the pizza and salad was ok...
