Stopped by for a quick bite before hiking and I think the burgers are just okay. I ordered a smashburger and upgraded my side to a french onion soup instead of fries and I think I honestly liked the french onion soup better than the main itself. When it came out, I was excited because it looked really good, but after biting into it, it was pretty mid. I feel like the burger could've been executed better for the price they're charging. IMO the patties were still pretty thick to be considered a smashburger, and despite being thicker than expected, they weren't very juicy. The buns were pretty dense and came untoasted as well. It wasn't bad, just not impressive. The portioning was enough to get me full, but I would want to order a different entree if I decided to come back. The french onion soup upgrade was definitely worth the money and I do recommend ordering that! Service was good, my server was really nice and helpful with answering any questions I had about the menu. Food came out pretty quick after ordering and the atmosphere is nice and clean. I'd like to give this place a second chance in the future but it wouldn't be my first choice.

This was my 3rd attempt at eating at this restaurant. If you look at the picture below this was my takeout dish. Shall we name it? Pulled pork cheese melt! More like primary school lunch made by a primary school student... Yes folks this meal costed $18 dollars. This meal is definitely not worth $18. The materials used including wages to make this meal is not worth $18. Look, I get potions have gotten smaller and the cost of food materials is high, but seriously...I could get the same sandwich for a half of that price at Subway. SHAME ON YOU TIPSY FOX! I am all about small businesses and local eateries( hense my 3rd attempt), but seriously? Spent $97 total on 4 meals....the other 3 weren't bad(there's hope). I'm not sure why the inconsistencies in meals. Maybe relook at the menu options( there are too many options)...if you can't make it well then don't offer it. Stick to what your good at. Stick to what people come back for. At least if I decide to try it for a 4th time(highly unlikely) I will know now what not to choose on the menu. BTW...service was good and polite. Cuddos to the waitress.

Today was my first time at The Tipsy Fox in Erin. Parking was convenient and ample. The atmosphere was as I expected ….There were a lot of big screen televisions to enjoy the Oilers v Stars game 3 …. The young lady that greeted us on our arrival was very pleasant …. Our server Lauren, was very nice as well. Food arrived in a timely manner and the portions were quite generous and hot and delicious. We had the French onion soup which was surprisingly tasty…. There could have been a little more onion but it was good. I had the chicken shawarma with hot sauce and it was REALLY GOOD ! My husband had the steak sandwich and a fellow patron asked what it was. He enjoyed it as well but his only critique was the fries being a little greasy but nothing crazy. My mom had the 2pc fish and chips … fries again were a touch greasy as was the fish but I think that’s the nature of the beast with fish and chips. All in all, with the exception of a table of middle aged men who didn’t care how loud they were, we had a really nice time and would definitely recommend and would definitely return 🙂

Not the first time I ordered. We have always ordered or dine in here. This time the experience was so bad, will be never coming back. From the service to food to handling concerning issue, everyone who was responsible or involved was just plain rude. The situation should have been handled very professionally like the managing partner Roshan did. Let’s start with order, and I am pretty sure they record the call, so please go ahead and listen to the call. It was Friday night and I ordered a take out for our anniversary. Order was pretty clear. 2 lbs of wings with blazing fox sauce, extra sauce, Burger with fries and side of Mayo as they don’t put Mayo on burger. All well, picked up the order, made the payment, come home and just absolute disaster of the order. Wings didn’t have any dipping sauce to go with, the wings were completely dry, no sauce at all on them, even after me asking to make them extra saucey, no mayo on the side for burger. If it was one thing, mistakes happen, they are busy, but three things and on top you handle the situation in a worst way possible when you call. Spoke to Mayu in the front, told me Friday night he will be giving my full refund, when I went to get the refund as promised, the attitude completely changed, just rude behaviour saying he cannot give full refund without knowing the full story, which I did tell him not once two times. I won’t even start with the server name Emma and her rude behaviour. Madam, please get your head out of the sky, in the service industry, if you are capable of making mistakes and not being little to some approachable about it then you definitely do not have right to show any sort of attitude. No one took food for free and if you can’t handle the situation, maybe you don’t belong in a service industry. The worst service by Mayu the front house person.

I wanted to say Thank you to Roshan for taking my call, listening to what had happened and understanding my concerns and crediting me back...

So we meant to eat at this restaurant many times through our drives past Erin, ON. I now see that Tipsy Fox is opening in Burlington, ON. We shall see how it fares.

While we were very impressed by the food for value for our visit, we were extremely disappointed with our first experience. Our greeter had an excellent smile (indian ??? girl). Wish we had her for our service because she was great.

For our order (#132740, Aug 23, 2025, 4:21pm), we were served by the ever so wonderful "Kaydence". Is this an Erin thing? Kaydence (blonde), your stone cold attitude and cold, irrirated stare was enough for us to consider walking out. But we didn't. You may have had a bad day but you're in the service business.

I could have been mean and just not tipped you but I did. But it wasn't for your service, but the assumption that tips are pooled. You ruined our visit and I will likely never visit this location again and if I do, I have a strong memory so I will make sure it's not you.

I thought I was having a bad moment after a very long drive from Northern Ontario but I see there are similar reviews with the attitude. No one needs the Erin or small town attitude, if it truly exists.

But the food was excellent, so thank you cooks. You...
