Was travelling by Nothern Ontario Bus through Espanola and stopped at this Tim Hortons. Myself, the bus driver and a few other passengers waited several minutes to be served, which I walked out while waiting. I had waited in line for over 10 minutes and watched as no one got served for over 5 minutes. While waiting, the lady dealing with the food prepping was extremely rude. She may have been a manager as well. First she takes someone's food and slams it down complaining about having no name. Then she comes over and demand that everyone is doing the social distancing. She triple checks to see if me and another were near the red sticker which we all were. All while 3 ladies waited way before I got in for their food to be handed to them. Our bus driver advised that no one had been served for over 5 minutes and that we had to get going. She told him not to be rude and that she's doing her job. No one was rude and pointing out the wait times.
I couldn't wait any longer and left as a few others as well.
Lots of employees, but horrible organization, communication, and most importantly, customer service.

Read moreI used to enjoy ordering at this location, staff were friendly, food was good and service was awesome. I was a daily customer. But as of lately things seem very disorganized, slow and they can never ever get my order right or they never have what I’ve originally ordered. And trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. This would be over the 5th time ordering at this location and getting the wrong item or they just don’t have what I’ve ordered. Example. I’ve ordered a loaded box.. went to pick up and they made a sandwich. Or they’ve made a box and put totally different sauce on. On one occasion we had to go back into the restaurant 3 times to get the correct order!! What the heck is going on? Now today they refused to make a little extra scramble for my order that was already paid for because it was 5 minutes to when they stopped serving the item. Bathroom Accessibility: There is the absence of handrails in the bathroom stalls. This is a significant issue as it can lead to accidents, particularly for those with mobility challenges.
Safety Concerns: The lack of handrails made me feel unsafe, and I almost had a fall. This is a critical safety concern and should be addressed by the restaurant.
