Quality Pizza Burgers Subs — Restaurant in Fort Erie

Did not enjoy the experience at all.

When I called in, my reception wasn’t good, so I switched to my personal cell. There wasn’t even a greeting to confirm I had called the right place, which was the first red flag.

When they could finally hear me, they said, “So what are we doing here? What do you want?” It wasn’t said kindly either; it was extremely blunt.

When I finally managed to place my order, they didn’t ask for my name or phone number so they could easily find it on the shelf.

Forty minutes goes by (which is the wait time they told me). We arrive to pick up the food, and I had to repeat myself over four times before they finally found my order.

I asked if I could place another order (a milkshake). I was told no, which I do understand since they had a couple tickets, but it was just a milkshake.

So we left and went to check the food, hoping it would be better than the service. Wrong.

The food, despite them saying it had just come out of the oven, was cold. You could feel the cold through the box the moment you picked it up.

We ordered fried mushrooms, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and two medium pizzas to try.

The mozzarella sticks were tiny for 8 dollars, basically the same size as the Walmart ones. I hoped they tasted better than they looked, but again, wrong. They were the same quality as the Walmart version, if not worse, because they were cold to the touch and barely breaded.

The onion rings were just as bad. They tasted store bought, just with extra breading.

The pizza was cold too. I had to warm it up in the oven when I got home. I also ordered the pizza half covered in a topping, and even for just half, the portion was barely anything. On top of that, they tried to charge me extra for double cheese even though double cheese counts as two toppings and I get three included.

I tried this new place the other night and decided to give it a few days before rating.

The food was mostly edible but didn't have much taste. I had the pizza, garlic bread, wings, 2 drinks, and a dip combo.

Pizza - did not taste fresh, the dough/crust almost seemed stale even though it was just cooked. The pepperoni was very bland tasting.

Wings - oven baked, not fried. I took a bite of one wing and something was off. They either weren't cooked thoroughly or were just bad meat because they smelled awful. I threw away the rest of them after one bite. These were inedible.

Garlic bread - is basically just their pizza dough with garlic spread and cheese (if you add on cheese). Taste was better on this but the dough again seemed stale.

Drinks - ordered 2 specific drinks online and they had not been packed with the order, had to ask on my way out if I could take them, looked in the fridge and they didn't have the flavours I had ordered online. Took two diet cokes instead, A+ as usual. Great work Coca Cola.

Dip - I cannot rate because it was missing from my order completely.

The guys inside were nice enough but didn't seem to know anything about working in food service. I was watching them prep someone else's order and they didn't seem to be following any specific process or procedure.

Overall, based on the taste of the food and watching the prep for it, this place doesn't really seem to prioritize quality of food which is of course ironic. I will not be coming back but if you still decide to try it after reading my review, I hope you have a better...

Great Pizza & Fair Prices!

Really impressed with this place — the pizza is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft inside, with generous toppings and rich sauce. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and portion sizes are great. Definitely one of the best pizza spots around for both taste and value!
