This subway is without question an abomination of sandwich making. During my last visit to this store I ordered a sub and soup. The sub was a 12" roasted chicken. I had to ask three times for the person making my sub to put more toppings on it as it was their belief that three cucumber slices was sufficient for a 12" sub. When I asked for more, he glared at me as to imply I was being unreasonable. He made sure to make up for the financial burden by what was later found to be a half a bowl of soup.
I can only describe the payment portion of this transaction as a total debacle. Their debit machine did not work so instead of presenting a alternative method of paying, he stood there idly starring at me much like a 4 year old would when asked to explain the Pythagorean therm. To break up the death stare of absolute ineptitude, I offered to go to my vehicle and see if I had cash. When I returned and handed him a $20 bill (American), he proceeded to give me back change not taking into consideration the exchange rate. When I inquired as to why, he confidently stated..."There is nothing I can do"!!!
Well my inept friend there is something you can do...you can take your smug attitude and poor customer service and relish in the fact that you have once again cheated the small community of...
Read moreI walked into the Stevensville subway to get a sub at lunch. With the whole covid situation happening they told me to wear a mask. I told them I have a medical condition and they said they need prove. It's illegal to ask someone for proof of their medical condition therefore the two employees working broke the law. When I told them that, they continued to argue with me and then refused to serve me. I dont know how subway trains their employees doing this situation but they need to be taught right. I can say they will never see me in there again unless its to show them the paper that says what they did was illegal. Also its also illegal to deny someone service based on a medical condition so again breaking the law. Needless to say I am very unhappy 😡 with the "service" I received. To subway head office train your employees right because if this happens again i have all the right sue you for discrimination of a person with a medical condition. Thanks...
Read moreHats off to the one lone guy making everyones subs at lunch today and staying so nice and professional because I have to say, out of all my visits to subway this particular sub way was the most ill prepared for a small town lunch rush ive ever seen...
I had to wait 20 minutes from stepping in the door inbehind 8 people just to make it to the end of the line to hear the person infront of me order 6 subs.... I left. I won't be coming back to waste my time waiting for one poor employee to make me lunch.
Who ever the franchise owner is, I would strongly recommend you make sure you have AT LEAST two people working at rushes like lunch or dinner. 20 minutes is far too long to wait for a sub.
And if there were two people there, and the other one was on break... maybe black out break times on lunch and dinner rush times to prevent this from continuing in...
