Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Fort Erie

This is very annoying and so frustrating. This is not the first time nor the second time. Today 25/2 around 6 am. I placed an order but the cashier didn't complete all my order. I told them I will pull over, which I did, I rushed in to collect my card from my children. Theand laughing at me, telling me how can she answer me when I don't even know what I wanted, I decided to walk away because I was already running late to work. This same lady told my kids she felt bad for them, being my children. I have stopped ordering food from this location for a while. If not for my children that always buys things there, I have stopped buying food there. I cannot tolerate this again. Being insulted for patronizing Tim Hortons. Is not as if I am begging for the food. If she's the owner of the restaurant she won't talk to customers any how. I will find time one of this days, I walk- in and speak to the manager in charge. As usual, inaccurate and rude service, 3 items .. 2 of which came out wrong. No acknowledgement of mistake or even an apology. Even while explaining what was wrong with the order, the staff was visibly not listening to me. Handed me the "new" order, opened it to find a more messed up version the second time around. Again no apology or even a nod 🤨 Seriously inept and ill trained staff. Manager was no better, told me I should check my entire order before leaving the window to avoid this issue. Honestly don’t understand what happens at this location, but it’s by far the worst one I have been too, they never have anything ever! Come at 8 am 4 pm doesn’t matter can never get cookies or donuts and they always have excuses! like if this is happening constantly maybe you need to change how you are running things at this location. Shouldn’t be out of things at 12 everyday if your open till 10 pm makes no sense, make more if this is constantly happening.
