Edit: great work customer support, you reached out to me and told me the store did make the pizza right! As the one who ate the pizza, like a month ago, why would I make this up, and how would the store remember a single order? Dropping to 1 star for being called a liar - fantastic work! This makes any future pizza decisions extremely easy. When the order is correct, it's good. But I find that getting the order correctly can be quite hit and miss. We do pickup, so we end up finding out that things are wrong after we get home.

When I first got Busters last November the pizzas were fantastic lots of toppings and cheese. The last couple times I have ordered the toppings were good, but there is a lack of cheese on the pizzas. If there was more cheese like when I was ordering last November it would be a 5 star Other than that they taste good…. I will try one more time before I go elsewhere

this is my first time trying pizza from busters the sauce is not super tangy or to sweet its just perfect unlike say the tangy ness of pizza 73 we ordered pepperoni and green olive and donair meat and tomatoes the donair sauce not to sweet very reasonable prices defently will order in the future its a new favorite for sure

Came in today wanting 18” donair pizza 14” pepperoni with no sauce and some pizza bites and......that is exactly what i got!!! amazing pizza the crust is nice and soft with a bit of a crunch and the flavour is out of this work it just pops with flavour.

I dont usually write reviews but when something blows me out of the water with the amount of flavour from the food and not to mention the amazing friendly staff that i got the pleasure to meet was outstanding. The one thing that i did notice was not only were they busy they still greeted you with a smile and not to mention even called the customer by there name which i found amazing that even when busy they put there customers first! job well done to all of you and i will definitely be a customer again!

You guys should be proud of your selfs! Keep up the good work and i look forward to being a customer again!

So I left a negative review on social media about the service taking quite a long time but boasting about their food. It was still a "good" review by most standards but instead of someone actually caring about their business they decided to accuse me of over embellishing the truth after about 3 months of my review being up. So I asked "how could you remember what happened 3 months ago" they did agree that that's a bit ridiculous to say. However I have attempted to order twice from here since and each time I got well honestly not the food I'm used to from this location. I no longer order from here; Additionally after my first complaint nobody reached out to try and smooth it over. Just not what you would want from somewhere you order food from. Anyway I'm sure your food will be good but apparently don't complain...

I have finally found the one pizza that rules them all! 3 days later, I am still dreaming about the perfect crust and the browned cheese on top....and driving 2 hours to get to you, Buster's Pizza! We ordered the extra large pizza with extra cheese and was first shocked by the prize but I kid you not, it was the biggest and heaviest pizza we've ever seen. If you're looking for an unforgettable pizza, GET IT HERE! It beats all pizzas out there. Will definitely drive down there in a few weeks and making it a routine.

Update: we tried other locations inside of Edmonton and this still holds the best one. Totally worth it! Driving...
