Burger King — Restaurant in Fredericton

Spent over $50 a week ago for a quick supper for the family. Didn't check it until we were home. Our whole order was wrong. Called the location for over half an hour as we live 25+mins away. After being unable to get through we drove back, was refused a refund or to give us our proper order because we were not given a receipt (but had all food with us)

Today we went back again.. soent $25 on 2 meals. Right away noticed we were given fries instead of the onion rings order, went back through drive through. Workers fought with us instead of switching our food. We got about half an hour away and realized we were missing 2 burgers. Dont usually write reviews but this is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I have gave it multiple tries but it lacks in every way. Most of the time the food is barley warm and they don't have items they should as in onion rigs etc. Today I ordered a double whopper combo by combo number so they didn't misunderstand. Well I got a single and payed for the double. Tried calling multiple times and they will not pick up their phone. I am so done with this terrible restaurant. I will gladly drive across the river and clear uptown to the Prospect location to never give this useless place another dime of money. Oh and the staff are rude even over the intercom while ordering. The staff there was not wearing mask over nose just mouth. When I mentioned 2 of the staff members touched there mask with gloves on. Instead of removing gloves and sanitizing or washing hands after they touched there mask they went back to preparing my food. When I asked them to remake my food I asked the guy bagging my food if he sanitized his hands and changed his gloves out he lied to me and said yes when he didn't do so. The cook went ahead and prepared my food again without sanitizing his hands and changing gloves I would recommend to everyone to stay away from this burger King on Two Nations Crossing.
