Bright, clean, modern shop with a fun accent/selfie wall that makes you feel like you're in the Greek islands. Despite being a new addition to the brick-and-mortar restaurant scene, "Street Greek" has been around as a market stall and food truck for about 8 years. They serve the same menu as at the market with a few suppertime combo plates with side dish options including roast potatoes, fries, Greek and garden salads, and red rice, as well as oven subs and open-faced pitas.

It's not a sit-down restaurant, but there are a few stools in the front windows if you want to eat in.

We got the combo plate that comes with a little of everything (donair meat and one skewer each of chicken and pork), with one of us opting for red rice and one getting the roast potatoes so we could have a bit of each. Everything was tasty and well-cooked - the meat was charred but tender, the potatoes were crispy, the rice was tasty and different (tomato, red pepper, and parsley). I could eat a gallon of their tzatziki.

I can't speak to how fast they would be on a busy night as we went around 7 o'clock on a weeknight, but our meals were ready quickly and still warm by the time we got home on the Southside. We ordered the most expensive meals on the menu at about $21 each, but they were hefty meals that could easily serve two (or you could save half for lunch the next day). I was definitely satisfied and would (and...

Our business ordered here last week for delivery. The person who took the order over the phone was awesome to deal with. They did the order by name so we could sort it faster once it arrived and at the end of the order they reviewed everything to make sure it was correct. All the order arrived correct and on time. The food was warm and tasted amazing. Everyone really enjoyed it. The next day they called to follow up and make sure everything was ok. This is the first time we have ever had a restaurant follow up the next day on the service and quality of the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you for the...

A huge disappointment I hated the rice like who makes a watery mushy AF rice??? This isn't rice anymore might as well turn it into dough. The donaire meat wasn't good either too bland and felt a bit undercooked for some reason. The Greek salad dressing was terrible just some sort of oil not lemony or anything or had any taste and overall salad was bland and bad.

I do not recommend this palce at all over priced meal for absolutely nothing. Had to go eat else where as I did not...

Popped into Street Greek earlier today and ordered the chicken souvlaki wrap.. it was a huge disappointment! The overwhelming amount of lettuce made it feel more like a salad wrapped in bread rather than a proper souvlaki wrap. To make matters worse, the THREE tiny pieces of chicken included were clearly processed and did not taste fresh at all. frankly, it’s not worth the price. I will not be returning.

Had the pleasure of trying the food truck while at harvest fest this past weekend. The owners and staff were amazing, the offered to feed us as we were parked next to them working all weekends. The fries done right , OMG. I devoured the whole thing. Next time I’m in Freddy , I will definitely be dining in for more fries done right. Best street Greek food by far .
