I had been many years ago and had a "5 star" breakfast a few different times. Steak was always cooked how I like it (medium rare), perfect sunny side up eggs, and delicious home fries. I went for the first time in a long time last fall and recieved a well done steak, over cooked eggs, and subpar home fries. I really just thought they must have been having a bad day. But after my most recent visit I unfortunately think it's the new norm. My sunny side up eggs had runny undercooked whites, most of my home fries were burnt hard chunks, some were hard and still raw potato, and a few were cooked, my steak was cooked well done. The air conditioner was blowing directly at our table which made our food cold within minutes and us cold too. Honestly the only reason I'm giving an overall 3 stars is because our server was fantastic. Super friendly, quick, and polite, she deserves 5 stars! But this meal was not...

My boyfriend and I were going out for a late Valentine’s Day supper I was worried it was 19+ but there we no visible signs saying so when we walked in there was no one to greet us and no please wait to be seated sign so we took it upon ourselves to sit at a table (it was 5:30) we were stopped by an employee who rudely asked us where we thought we were going we told her there was no sign so we thought it was seat yourself. She then even more rudely asked for id and I asked if it was 19+ she said yes but you can go with your parents if you’re underage I jokingly told my boyfriend I told you so and we walked out. If it is 19+ so be it if it’s wait to be seated have a greeter or a sign and do NOT be rude and ask us where we think we’re going. To be added there was a young teen in there so we didn’t think it was 19+ and we just wanted dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I will not return even...

I can't even believe the customer service. My boyfriend and I waited 45 minutes for (2) steak dinners. Once we finally got our meal, our steaks weren't done properly. Asked for medium rare and we get almost well done. My boyfriend nicely says "um excuse me this isn't done how we wanted it" she rudely says "did you even cut it?" He opened the steak and she grabs his plate (rudely) and start to storm off.
