The day after the new traffic circle opened would obviously be a busy day but the store was in no way prepared. They were short staffed as they always were even in the past. When we showed up, no breakfast was prepared. The next day, no breakfast food again. Then Saturday morning came and they did have breakfast but they said this location doesn't have Maple bacon, yet it's on the menu in several spots. The staff said they can not alter the menu. In that case, this tells me that Tim Hortons headquarters must assume every store is offering the same thing. Otherwise they would have made the menu configurable. 3 days of a bad experience in a row, along with several other bad experiences in the past with wrong orders, slow service, sloppy at making peoples food, cash only (seems like all the time) etc. Although it's the most convenient location for me, I will be moving onto another store until they get business...

The other day I went to Subway besides this tim and got my food and I was craving for coffee so I went to Tim besides and I have never felt this welcoming in any Tim here in Canada like this one. My server who took my order was I think Jaspreet was her name. The sweetest girl with the biggest smile which was super nice. I know it was just a coffee that I had but OMG does the girl make it soooo much better with such welcoming nature. She asked my how my day was which NEVER happens to me at any Tim which made all the difference in my experience. Read moreNever experienced a more slower service and staff on a busy or none busy day. Come in here multiple time for my lunch breaks and have been disappointed each time. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10 years I like to think I'm pretty understanding of "bad days" or "busy shifts" but over my multiple trips I've noticed it's the lunch staff that's the issue not the certain day itself. For 5-6 people to be on and only 3 customers and no drive thru customers I have waited 10 mins for a sandwich, 1 donut and a tea.
Edit* came here again and ordered a sandwich paid for it and waited only to find out they are out of some of the items to make it. Got a bagle instead did not refund me my money for the price difference. Love paying $5.74 cream cheese...
