My first time eating from Tony Pepperoni's, I was in the neighborhood and saw the sign, it looked like a professionally marketed establishment. I read the menu, they have a good selection of pizza and other items. What caught my eye was, Homemade Pizza Sauce ! Nothing is more Mom and Pop than that. So, curious as to how tasty Homemade sauce could be, I ordered a Pepperoni,Green pepper, mushroom ,onion "12 pizza with extra sauce. It was excellent, the sauce, not too acidic, nice and flavourful, sweet, tangy yummy sauce. I ate a few slices in the parking lot, I like my pizza piping hot, steaming with dripping cheese, I enjoyed this establishments pizza, I will be back 😋

There's lots to choose from, but it is a bit expensive. I do enjoy the multiple pepperoni options and the cured pepperoni was my favourite. Couple that with adding parmesan cheese to the pizza and it added more uniqueness to the standard takeout pizza joint. The crust wasn't my favourite as it wasn't too flavourful and I do enjoy a greaser crust, but if you prefer no grease, this crust is for you. That said, everything else packed a punch in terms of taste. The extra pizza sauce for dipping was fantastic. The spinach artichoke dip had a supremely garlic flavour which I loved and overall, the experiences I've had here have been quite tasty.

Toni Pepperoni is my new go to in the city. I had the Bubba donair pizza, and my partner had the Greek pizza. They were both delicious, so full of toppings, the garlic sauce and the crust were great! The donair meat is fresh and the pepperoni was amazing. The tomatoes were excellent all the veggies are fresh and crunchy. We will be back for sure. Even fang(our little cat) loved it!

I just ordered my first pizza for pick up from this place. This is also my first ever review of any restaurant as I am appalled at the way I was treated. It was such a bad experience that I am making my first ever review.

I picked up my large pizza for $31.00 assuming that the high price meant high quality. When I opened the thin crust 5 topping pizza, it was raw. I threw the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes and when I pulled it out it was barely cooked and still fell apart when held by the crust.

At this point, I phoned to tell them that I had a raw pizza and was cooking it myself. This is the first time in my life I have ever called to complain about food. They offered me a free pizza as long as I brought the uncooked pizza in and I declined as I didn't want to drive back for another pizza. I just wanted them to know they'd made a mistake so that they could turn their oven up or whatever was necessary. The girl on the phone then argued with me and said without proof she will not believe me, and kept offering me a free pizza if I brought it in. I declined again, and she transferred the phone call to a male employee because she could not believe it was a raw pizza. He offered to come pick up the pizza to see if it was raw, and again I declined because my only intention was to tell them the pizza was raw and not waste anymore time. He told me there is no way the pizza is raw and they want to pick it up to prove me wrong.

At this point, I decided I'd bring them the pizza. I pulled a slice out of my oven, still barely cooked, and drove it down to Tony Pepperonis. When I got there, I was angry.

I showed them the pizza, clearly uncooked, told them again that I do not want anything for free, and that I just want them to admit that they gave me an uncooked pizza. One male employee insisted the pizza was crispy that I picked up and the female kept saying that without the full pizza there is no proof. They all declined to comment on the hot-from-the-oven, floppy slice, of their pizza, I had in my hand.

Both employees interrupted me over and over and argued and argued and kept telling me I'm wrong and that the pizza was cooked that they gave me, and at this point I was frustrated and told them to keep their effing pizza and that they will be my first ever restaurant review.

I walked out the door, and they followed me out and said they'd call the cops because I said the F word, and they read off my license plate. I repeat: they threatened to call the police because I swore at them about their pizza being uncooked. I have never been so upset with someone in my life that I've had to swear at them. That's not the type of person I am.

Worst service and worst pizza I have ever received. I see they have good reviews and cannot believe the experience I just had. What a shame.

I bet the pizza is great if it's cooked and served with proper customer service!

Also, the pizza was good after 45 minutes in my...

My original review from 5 months ago was very good I had never had any issues and the service was quick and simple. But now they have new staff and sometimes they cannot understand what your saying and that is frustrating to have to repeat yourself or get the wrong drink handed to you etc. there is almost never any pizza ready around 12 when everyone is on lunch break during the week. So you have to wait 10-15 minutes at times for a slice and when you only get a 30 min lunch that is a big deal. In the past I've gotten my pizza right away no waiting around but those days seem to be gone and everytime i go it seems there is no pizza at all and there should atleast be a bunch of pizzas cooked at lunch time regardless if its a slow day or not . Don't get me wrong the food is great and the pizza is some of my favorite in town but the service has gone downhill since the fall and it makes me want to look else where for my lunch. Hopefully someone there can see this review and do something to improve on the wait times. Love the food dislike the service at this point in time. If it improves I will gladly...
