Since last review is about my order i will only say that what is being said is a lie. I did say my daughter didnt even get im sorry, and she did tell them it was under my name, they said they dont take orders at xmas two lies and that then i didnt show up sat another lie i called due to snow for pick up monday, as cupcakes were for tuesday and was told yes just keep in fidge they would stay fresh. When the owner called the second time i only got the word hello in as she was hollowing on the phone once again i was shocked. Told me im a horrble person to call and complain no berating was done by me whatsoever. I asked if i could have a chance to talk over her hollowing but no i wasn't allowed so i hung up. Very unprofessional. I am a baker, but didnt want to bake my own cupcakes so knew id give a local business my support. I paid 70 for 2 dozen cupcakes. i know what xmas is like its crazy . I had called so they knew i wasnt a no show on sat and that i did have an order and just said at least the staff could have said sorry i stead of maki g her feel like she did something wrong. we will make it right no problem end of story. I did not berate anyone or her staff her staff works very hard . Maybe i caught her on a bad day but plz dont lie in your response. Youve changed your story to fit your narritive not acceptable. Not here to argue i hope your stafff enjoy a well deserved time off. I wont be back as aparently she banned me for their mistake lol. Merry christmas to all the hard working ...

The Buttercream Dreams specializes in cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts, and other sweet treats, but their real secret weapon is the pastry cream. It's smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet - not to mention, packed with flavor.

I highly recommend everything but my top pick is any doughnut that is stuffed with a generous amount of pastry cream, it melts in your mouth.

Mediocre and overpriced donuts. Buttercream Dreams has nice presentation on their storefront and food. Unfortunately, the food quality doesn't match its appearance.

I went there for lunch to try out their Korean Milk Donut. Although the custard-like filling was top notch, the donut itself tasted like it was a day old. It was dry, had almost no elasticity, and after eating the half that had the filling, I didn't eat the remainder. For a ~$7 donut, it was not worth it at all, which is why I give it 2 stars. It would get 3 stars without factoring price as the filling salvaged the otherwise unpalatable donut.

I also tried their roast beef sandwich, which was decent, but they used processed cheese. I also feel that a bakery that doesn't use bread they bake themselves in the sandwiches they sell is a wasted opportunity. 3 stars for the sandwich due to the relatively high price.

Hopefully, the experience I had was due to a consistency issue and your experience will be better. If the donut wasn't near revolting, it had potential to be a 5...
