Buckingham Pizza — Restaurant in Gatineau

I ordered the club sandwich and a side of poutine.

Poutine is a simple dish to make; golden fries, fresh cheese curds, and a beef gravy. How a restaurant could get this simple recipe so wrong is beyond my understanding. The gravy tasted like it came from a pack and was mixed with a half portion of ketchup, the cheese was shredded mozzarella, and the fries were cold and soggy.

The remainder of the meal barely impressed. The club sandwich was overloaded with mayonnaise and the complimentary side of coleslaw was bathed in its own drippings; it clearly was premade and came from a bucket. Needless to say, I had the food returned and was not billed for my meal.

This is not my first time going to Buckingham Pizza and I reckon, despite my terrible experience, it won't be my last. The owner and his staff are wonderful and understanding people. However, if you go to Buckingham Pizza, stick to what they do...

I order quite often From here. I really appreciate the fast delivery, and I never gad any complaints on their food.. However, the last 2 times that I ordered their pizza I was disappointed..
