TERRIBLE. I ordered, for delivery, a Club Sandwich with fries and Spaghetti with cheese at 5:29 p.m. on May 1, 2017. I called at 6:30 p.m. to ask if my delivery had left the restaurant. I cited my address. I was told that it should not take so long and my delivery had left the restaurant. My food arrived 5 minutes later. I paid and brought the food inside. Unfortunately, the Club Sandwhich and fries was stone cold. The Spaghetti with cheese was room temperature. The Spaghetti can easily be reheated but not the fries. I immediately called the restaurant. I said the Club Sandwich with fries was cold and asked what they would do for me. The manager told me that it was normal that the Club Sandwich and fries were cold and the delivery man had only one other delivery stop before mine. I said that I did not believe this. I was also informed that I would not know since I had never ordered from them before. This I said was not true. I asked that he send back a new, Club Sandwich with warm fries. He refused at first since they were too busy. I insisted and he said yes. The Club Sandwich with fries arrived 15 minutes later, warm. I received a call from the manager later asking why I had not returned the old Club Sandwich. I said he should have asked for this on the phone as it was in the garbage when the delivery person arrived. He again lied by stating he had told me this on the phone. The manager stated I could not order again from the restaurant as clients like me were not wanted. Just to say: I WOULD NEVER ORDER...

I recently ordered takeout from Gatineau Pizza, and I have to say, it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The toppings were fresh and very generous, with just the right amount of sauce and cheese to create that perfect bite every time.

Make sure if you order a club sandwich, that you pick out all the toothpick. Got a club yesterday and when my friend took a bite she had a piece of toothpic stick into her gum. I pulled the sandwich apart and found many pieces of broken toothpicks. I pulled them out. A good sandwich. I wrote an email to the restaurant and in a few hours the owner called. He explained that at the restaurant they use the 3.5" toothpick with the colored things on the end. But with takeout they use 2.5" toothpicks so the lid will close. I suggested either larger togo boxes or better quality toothpicks than Dollar Store crap that snaps in half when the lid goes...
