McDonald's — Restaurant in Gatineau

Came in last weekend to grab something to eat, and the initial vibes were that it was a fairly small area with some employees taking up some space by the kiosk, and when we ordered our food there was another couple ahead of us that was unhappy and didn't get their order right and wanted to cancel it but there was some sort of disagreement with them and the manager I want to say.. when we grabbed our order we went into the car after and as we checked our food my wife's wrap wasn't the correct one and she was upset with it not being done properly as it was extra for bacon and there wasn't any on it. My poutine didn't have much fries in it, and it was loaded mostly with hotsauce and chicken. We ordered an ice cream and a fudge sunday through the app at 11h20 ish pm tonight. We went to pick it up and the guy at the counter said they had no ice cream. Therefore my husband asked for a refund as it has already been paid through the app ( we have had to get a refund before and are aware it needs to be done through the restaurants terminal )

Dude proceeded to say that , no , we have to do it through the app to which we said that it isn't the case. After which the guy went to the back and ignored us for a good 20 minutes . Had to basically scream to get him to come back to solve all this. But as he came back he said * I don't speak english* and went away.

Due to this we have to go through heeps and hoops to get a few dollars back because of a rude incompetent employee whom CLEARLY...

Exceptionally long order process and drive through. Could barely hear the person. The person constantly questioned by order when I made it and at the windows. He went to get a supervisor to question me as well. Food was cold!!! Order was wrong after everything. How hard is 2 grilled chicken wraps with nothing in it, 20 nuggets, a mcchicken with nothing in it, a quarter pounder with JUST mustard. Lettuce and mayo in wraps, nuggets were cold, lettuce and mayo on mcchicken, cheese on quarter pounder! When I got home, nothing was edible!!! We don't like mayo on our food, and the cheese was soaked...
