Milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Gatineau

So, I've never been there in person but my very interactions with the staff on the phone or the delivery staff has been too notch.

They have a lot of vegan and dairy cheese options and this has allowed me to enjoy Pizza and Poutine again as age is not kind to lactose.

I have asked for customization when asking to modify a sub they make to transform it I to a chicken Parm sandwich with fake cheese, again lactose. They didn't even skip a beat and bent over backwards to make my experience amazing!

Everything is always as you want it, warm and delivery is always a good experience. Mum is crazy about the fries and wiches they were hand cut but if that's the only complaint. This Milano has nothing to worry about!

I have ordered from here twice. I am vegan and both times have ordered a vegan poutine with mushrooms.

The first time, it was given to me with dairy cheese. Fortunately they apologized and replaced it for me when I called.

The second time, the cheese and gravy was vegan, but there were two pieces of bacon at the bottom. I have not eaten meat in almost 5 years and this was very upsetting.

Two mistakes in two orders is really disappointing. This kind of negligence can lead to serious allergic reactions, and the restaurant is fortunate that I did not experience any serious consequences to my health.

The amount of fake reviews on this listing is staggering... Here's a legit review: Meh. Pizza was sub-par and the chicken wings were incredibly dry. Received the wrong drinks with my order and didn't receive the dips I paid for. The deep fried cheese curds were alright, but not something I'd order again.
