Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I am not one to usually complain but I have to say... This one staff member was something else. At 9:20 pm, I took the time to do an online research in order to decide which Subway location I would go to. There is one down the Mont-Bleu hill and one up the hill. I decided to go to the one up the hill because it said online that it closed at 11pm! Working in customer service myself, I know that clients coming in right before closing time can be somewhat of annoying so I choose to go to the location where it closed later. When I arrived, the door was already locked so I had to go around the building to let myself in. I thought it was bizarre but it didn't bother me too much at first (even though it was freezing). When I arrived, there were about 5-6 customers so I thought I chose the right location. There were two girls working (let's refer to them as A and B). I ordered my sandwich from "A", there was a client ordering before me. After telling her my order, "B" immediately jumped in and asked: "Do you want to pay now"? So I looked at the other client, then back to her and said:"Hmm okay sure?". Usually, you get your sandwich before paying so I found it kind of odd. I noticed that the guy in front of me found it odd too. I paid and asked her when they were closing because "B" made me feel like she didn't want to serve me at all. "B" told me that they were closing at 10pm (it was about 9:30pm). I told her that I took the time to research it and she looked surprised. She got out of behind the counter and told another client: "You can't use this door, it's locked" to which he responded: "Ok... I'll have to go around" to which she responded: "Yeah, a little bit of exercise would make you feel good". I was baffled. You can never talk to a customer that way. Even if he wasn't overweight what so ever, it was very disrespectful. "A" was very polite and asked me if I wanted my wrap grilled and I said yes! "B" rudely barged in our conversation to tell me: "The machine is off, we turn it off 30 minutes before closing". Even "A" seemed surprised but she obeyed the order. I asked "A" if I could at least put my sandwich in the oven to make it warm which she kindly accepted! But once again, "B" barged in our conversation and told me: "You can but the tortilla will be dry". I found her behaviour unacceptable. Please remind your staff how to properly speak to customers and how to make them feel welcomed. Customers should receive the same service from opening to...
Read moreI went at this subway with my friends. The food was great. However, my friend pulled a chair to sit at the table with us. He was 1/4 of the way for customers to pass through. The lady serving us was super rude and told us to get out of the way since customers would pass but the restaurant was empty. She almost yelled at us and did not ask us nicely which created a weird atmosphere in the restaurant making it an unenjoyable experience. Do...
