Mozza Pizza Hull — Restaurant in Gatineau

I’m not sure what the hell is going on over there but stay away. I have ordered in the past without issues. Last three times I ordered, including tonight, had errors. First two times, they forgot my drinks. Tonight, my mind is blown away. Delivery guy arrives w 1/4 of my order. My pizza. His hand held did not work and he realized he was missing the rest of my order. He returned to the restaurant to get what I thought was the rest of my order. He came back with one item which was cold and a can of regular pepsi when I had ordered a 2ltr Diet Pepsi. I told him so, he went to get it from his car, while I was running payment through the machine. I opened the bag containing my other item ordered and it was missing the sauce. When I told him, he had an attitude of oh well. I couldn’t believe I even had to tell him, I paid for this and I want it. He said he’d go back to get it. I’ve been waiting over an hour. After 25 minutes of waiting, I called. Oh so sorry sir, we will send it out right away-

I live super close too. STILLLLLL WAITING!!!!

UPDATE: I never did get my order properly fixed. I want to add that once I did eat, there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Very gross wet dough without sauce. I am so mad. I rarely write reviews but this experience was beyond ridiculous to me. You’ll never get my...

I took the time to read some of the reviews on here and I must say that a lot of them are just complete no sense...one of the reviews had a picture of a pizza topped with maybe 6 or 7 veggies and said that their pizza was soggy and under cooked, fyi if you cook that many veggies on a pizza, it will 100% be soggy from all the water that's being cooked out of the veggies, it's inevitable. Try ordering less veggies on your pizza. And another person posted a picture of pizza with a crust that seemed hollow that was supposed to stuffed with cheese and guess what.. it absolutely was stuffed! You guys know what happens to cheese under high temperatures? IT MELTS! Me and my friends order from this place at least 3 times a months and hands down is one of the best pizza I've had in a very long time and believe me, I'm a pizza connoisseur! I recommend the BBQ chicken with a cheese stuffed crust! And one last thing.. yummy thick cheesy and generous pizzas take time to cook so if you can't wait 45-60 min for delivery, go pick it up :) because trust me...

Update 2023-09-22 Sadly, over the last couple of months the consistency they previously had is gone. I'd say they mess up my order about 25% of the time now. The garlic dip seems to not have garlic in it anymore. The ratio of dough to toppings is way off, there's way less cheese and toppings than before. Sad to see such a king of delicious pizza fall...

Original review I review a LOT of pizza. I can safely say that as of 2020-04-22, this is THE best pizza in town.
