Patapouf — Restaurant in Gatineau

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT ! I ordered a club sandwich. It came with french fries and a tiny salad. The french fries were burned. The worst french fries in the city. The salad was tiny and tasteless. The worst part is that this restaurant charged about $17.50 for my club sandwich ! What a rip off ! I don't mind paying that price for a quality sandwich but this was mediocre. This restaurant has increased significantly their prices and the quality is still bland and mediocre. Beware, if you buy an hamburger, the meat patty is so thin that you have to pay extra to get another layer of meat to get a decent hamburger. From now on, I am avoiding this restaurant. You can easily get much better food in the city. I was very disappointed with my meal. The owner will have to improve the food and reduce its prices if he wants to stay in business. Again, avoid...

Food was ok. Nothing special. Gravy was bland and fries didn't have much taste. Pogo was deep fried boxed pogo so it was ok but also nothing special. Onion rings were crispy and probably the best part of my order. My wife ordered the club sandwich. Not as much chicken as pictured and mushy tomatoes. Customer service was lacking too, Overall: ok....

Used to go there when I was a kid and it was excellent now all each time I went in the last year, the fries taste burnt. It’s not very good anymore unfortunately. Like everywhere else prices I’ve gone up and portions...
