Club 19 Fun Food Drink — Restaurant in Georgetown Royalty

The food is really good and I am generally happy whenever I eat here. Today I got mayo on the side of my fish and chips and was charged 3$ for a 2oz side of mayo, this is too much to pay for mayo in my opinion and doesn't seem a standard practice at the restaurants I go to. I also did not receive my tartar sauce so why was I charged for mayo? I have also noticed the portions of the sides vary each time and the side gravy used to be full and it was barley 1/4 full today, seems like it depends on who's working in the kitchen which is disappointing as consistency should be important to any restaurant. Also the side gravy was 6$ and nothing in it! We order take out frequently and lately some things have been missing, like a side of mayo or ketchup or gravy, I never noticed the charge for mayo before today though so if it's a new charge they should have notified me when I ordered or paid. We did call to let them know about this and all they said was I'm sorry and hung up. They didn't ask our name or phone number. She really should have asked for that info and passed it on to the manager, I have worked in the industry for 10+ years and I would never just say sorry and hang up on someone. She was also unsure of the price of the side of mayo and that it was less?? My confidence in the management is low after this experience and I'm not sure if I would go back or recommend...

Honestly my wife and I were very disappointed by this restaurant. After a 4.5hr round of golf we decided to stay onsite to enjoy dinner. We were very underwhelmed by the service and atmosphere of the restaurant. There were a lot of family with kids, the kids were running all over the place with iPads on full blast and being quite ignorant towards the rest of the patrons at the restaurant. We wanted to get appetizers and were told they were “all out” so we only ordered meals. Our waitress never once came to check in on us or refill our drinks after she took our orders to which we waited over 45mins for… would not recommend this restaurant as the service and atmosphere was sub par at best. Food was decent, but...

We were looking forward to the lobster on the menu. Our waitress told us the items should be out right out when she took our order. After waiting for almost an hour we flagged her down and asked if our order has been forgotten about. She went to the kitchen and came back with the news that our order would take another half hour because there was a group of 6 ahead of us. The only group of 6 without food that I could see had arrived around 15 minutes before we asked about our order. The treatment we received was totally inexcusable. My conclusion was they were putting resort guests ahead of us. Don't bother going here if you aren't a registered guest...
