DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! (only put five stars so its first to pop up on reviews)

We placed an order for delivery which was ONLY $25.00, the delivery took over an hour, and we only live 15 minutes out of sutton!

This is not my only concern!

When the delivery guy got here, his debit machine was not getting any service so he said he would come back (did not leave the pizza). I called the Pizzaville customer service in Vaughan, and they called the supervisor of the store and they told the customer service associate that they were under strict orders to not come back to my house (orders from the pizzaville owner). VERY offended and confused why?

This was not our fault, as the debit malfunctioning. The customer service associate was suprised by what happen because she said the delivery man should have left the pizza, went back to the store to grab a different debit machine, and to come back to my house to try the payment again! So she called the STORE OWNER and he yelled at her for explaining my concern and said that the driver was given orders to not come back to my house as there is many orders and that we live to far out of town? Makes sense that he drove here already, and frequently for my family. But now were too far out of town? MAKES SENSE, so she hung up on the OWNER as she does not deal with STORE OWNERS being ignorant as her job is to deal with unhappy customers.

She gave me a store credit of $25.00, cheers to her in being the only professional one in the pizzaville industry.

This pizzaville is incredible unprofessional! Dont waste your time.

UPDATE: we decided to order another pizza for pick up and my friend walked in and once they noticed that we were the customers who had concerns an hour before, they screamed at him telling him to f off and to get the f out of the store and all employees were attacking him with vulgar language..

yet we still didnt get our pizza

why is this place...

We ordered pizza last Saturday and while our overall experience wasn't terrible, I am still disappointed. First off, our delivery driver was lovely, so thank you kind sir! However.. we ordered two large pizzas with 6 toppings combined which turned out fine. And we also ordered a gluten free 4 topping pizza for my mother. She normally orders this pizza with anchovies and pineapple. This time she decided to order double anchovies, pineapple, and extra cheese.. what she got was the same pizza she normally gets. Because we had already waited a bit for our food and were hungry, we did not bother calling to have a new one made, but I did take a photo and send an email, expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction.. it has been a week and I still have yet to hear back from them with any sort of customer service response.. I was not going to post a review, but because they could not even take a second to say sorry... I'm upset. That's poor customer service. If someone orders extra toppings, give them extra toppings, if you don't have enough simply call and tell them.. I'm sure they would not mind switching their topping choice.. having worked in the pizza industry for years, I had done this in the past, and it definitely saved us many times rather than having an unhappy...

Order a pizza here seven days ago, I made a misake with my address. They called my phone number, I then give them the right address. When the driver showed up to delivered the pizza, he freaked out I give him the wrong address. I said sorry.......he kept freaking out and then I told him I don't care and will pay for the pizza. Because he was so rude and kept going on about the wrong address. I told him "I don't care and just give me the pizza. I paid full price" which I didn't care but never tripped the driver. I have now been black listed from Pizzaville in Sutton. This shows me that the owner doesn't care about his customers and has made to much money from the backs of honest working guys like myself. This discusses me and correct me if I'm in the wrong, should discusses any hard working...
