Terribly slow on the weekends when the student staff at working. Almost every time we go in on a weekend, there is at least 2-3 employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Since service is so slow on weekends, the line-up can be through the door and extends to the outside of the business, leading to a wait of 15-20 minutes. Having done this wait far too many times than I'd like to admit, I can confirm that some (not all) of the students working there think it's totally acceptable to be chatting away while not even pretending to be refilling the coffee cups or making new coffee. Not to mention that almost every time I've been to this Tim Horton's location on the weekend there has either been coffee grounds in my cup, my breakfast sandwich was wrong (either the wrong type of bun, meat, or missing the cheese), the coffee was completely burnt, or the coffee didn't have the correct number of sugars/creams.

The first time the lids were not put on properly, my boyfriend got coffee all over himself because of it. It was a damaged lid before they even put it on. Secondly, I went this morning, asked for two breakfast wraps and the lady didnt confirm and put 1 wrap instead of two. Yes it's bad I'm complaining but it was our breakfast and they wouldn't even let us pay for another one quickly. We would have had to wait at the back of a big line when we had just done that. She has a positive upbeat attitude! So why a 3 star rating, because when I pick up my order, its not always correct. That first mouthful of coffee should be "pleasureable"...when I ask for triple milk, its correct on the screen but it turns out to be a "triple triple"...yuk to all that cream and sugar!
