McDonald's — Restaurant in Glace Bay

I was getting a drink at mcdonalds in glace bay reserve street. The employee I believe his name was Dodi, was extremely rude and asking unnecessary questions just because i ordered a drink and wanted an add on. He also was very rude and wanted to know why im ordering the specific drink and if i work at mcdonalds. Very rude and very unwelcoming behavior. Not expecting such a behaviour when im just trying to get a coffee. And when i requested the drink he kept asking for other employees name who have given me the drink at other stores and other follow up questions. 8 times out of 10 the the order is wrong. Food is cold, or theyve previously offered "complimentary items" to make up for their mistake that you can pick up at a later time, only to be humiliated when you try to do so. They say "we dont know what you're taking about" Even if it were a manager assuring you would be able to pick up these items. Poor customer service. And what's with the snotty faces when you request the S&S sauce ? You would swear you were taking from the employees pockets! Go to a pizza shop...

I ordered through the app, on the receipt it shows I paid the right amount, and it says what I was supposed to get on the burger, but it’s wrong completely, I PAID for 2 extra chicken Pattie’s on my HABANERO McChicken, got home and opened it up, no extra lettuce, no extra sauce, no habanero sauce at all, only 2 chicken patties on it, I’m pissed, I have no way to get back there to get either my money back or the extra patty I paid for, probably won’t be coming back...
