Egg Soleil Granby — Restaurant in Granby

This is the first breakfast restaurant I discovered when I moved to the Eastern Township. This is the type of restaurant you want to keep going back simply for the excellent food in your plate, the freshness, the variety and I love their potatoes! I consider myself a like picky with ☕, theirs is perfect! The service is top and I enjoy watching the chef behind the counter...you can easily see they're passionate! Almost forgot...the bathroom is very clean!

For those who are early 🐦, they have specials effective until 8:00am.

Le premier restaurant pour déjeuner où je suis allée lorsque j'ai aménagé en Estrie. Le genre de restaurant où tu veux retourner simplement parce que la nourriture est excellente, les aliments sont frais et j'aime particulièrement leur patate! Je me considère un peu difficile avec le ☕, il est parfait! Le service est excellent et j'apprécie voir les chefs à l'œuvre derrière le comptoir...on peut voir qu'ils sont passionnés! J'allais oublié...leur salle de bain est très propre

This is a busy place on weekends! Parking in the winter is a nightmare on busy days so I would suggest parking across the street or before you get to the restaurant. Very good food, popular joint and à lot of seating. Waitresses were great! (We went for breakfast twice. Once during the weekend and once during the week). I recommend this restaurant!
