We tried the Potato Skins with pulled pork to start, mains: Curry Chicken and Spicy Sausage Penne. Really great tasting choices!

First time here eating inside because it was too cool for the patio. Lots of history to read on the wall by the woman's restroom. Cute town. We sat by the Grand River after lunch. We walked the area and checked out the cenotaph. We peered into a pet store and of course it was closed, next time...

Then we moved onto Orangeville and then kept going to HeartLake Conservation Area in Brampton for a short hike.

It was a nice little daytrip overall. I love little towns like Grand Valley, so unique with all the metal artwork by the bridge and park. The locals sell their art inside this pub, which hangs on the walls above the dining tables. The art is great too! - Check it out! We will return because the menu here looks amazing and huge enough to come back more...

Their customer service is horrible… they missed my toppings… on 3 sandwiches . called to let them know they made my order incorrectly and they stated those toppings were on there… um no they weren’t. Safe to say I won’t be back. Customer is always right Chris. If you put sauerkraut and mustard on our sandwiches as advertised we wouldn’t have had to call you. I’ll enjoy a properly made order elsewhere. If I wanted just meat,cheese and mayo I would have ordered meat cheese and mayo. They didn’t seem to care. QUICK EDIT: they are mistaking my melted cheese that has hardened as sauerkraut 😂. Dude! 😂 even took it out of the garbage to double check and laughed about your lie Chris thanks for nothing. Even if there is sauerkraut on here somehow as I’m rummaging thru it with my fingers. Which there isn’t I shouldn’t have to be searching for it. I think...

A bunch of us from Arthur rode our bikes along the old rail line from Arthur to Grand Valley. 1.5 hour bike ride. Or nearly 18km. Two adults four kids ages 9 to 14. This pub was the perfect stop! Open on Monday (not on Tuesday) we didnt even think of food when started our bike ride. Thank goodness this pub was open on a Monday!!! We were tired, thirsty and hungry. Food that hit the spot? Kids ate the poutine with pulled pork in less than 10 mins. We had the Canadian burger and fish tacos, garden mixed salad and samosas with chicken peas. ALL delicious. Great portions and value. Thank you for accommodating our young crew at 2pm. We were well fed and watered by 330pm ready to go back home. Will definitely stop in for a nibble another time...
