Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Ordered my pizza and got home had one bite and it was extremely cold!!! (Took me 10 minutes to get home) Called the place got hung up on and called again and explained to the worker that my pizza was cold. He went on to say that it can’t be cold as he made it and I came there on time to pick it up so it’s not true that my food is cold etc.. I asked for the manger name and he said no and will transfer my name and phone number to the manger.. worker has a lot of attitude, don’t know customer service at all, doesn’t greet you when you walk in, extremely rude over the phone.. There was a mistake on my order i felt my dough wasnt cooked enough it was half cooked i called back they immediately told me no worries they would 100% fix it they said 10 mins and it was done in 10 i also didn’t realize i ordered cheese when i wanted hamnand pineapple so they upgraded me for free as well they were super understanding and even tho i order delivery and ate the 7$ delivery charge im happy they were very quick to fix the mistake without any questions should it have been done right first maybe but to me mistakes happen its how you make it right that shows me what kinda restaurant you run and very pleased with there...

The Grande Prairie Little Caesars location is the worst. The slogan is hot and ready, but it doesn’t matter what time of day I go in this place there is nothing hot or ready. For the sixth time today I tried to come in and get a simple pepperoni pizza, and I got told it’ll be a 25 minute wait.

I speculate that this restaurant is simply trying to increase their rush-hour dinner sales and not have the cheaper option available intentionally, they have no problem trying to upsell different pizzas or stuffing a crust etc.
