Subway — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

I’m not one to even take the time to write a review but here we are… I pulled in to the drive through waited a decent amount of time with no response, so I pulled up to the window and waited, again no response. So I figured hmm maybe they’re busy I’ll just go in! I go to walk in to a clearly open subway and the door is locked. So I finally gave up and went and sat in my car, as I was about to leave I noticed a female worker and a male customer appear out of the back. I figured maybe they didn’t know the door was locked? So I knocked on the window to get their attention. The man ended up walking up and opening it, great! I’d like to add I was very patient through this whole process. because I went up to the sandwich ‘artist’ and politely asked for a sandwich. The response I got was “ k well you’re gonna have to wait I’m busy” so at this point I’m confused because there is no one in front of me and no one in the drive through. I understand there are mobile orders and skip orders and such, but when there is a paying customer who wants a sandwich in the store does it not make sense to take their order..I was a bit taken aback with how rudely I was treated. Especially considering the fact that I graciously ignored the obviously LARGE elephant...

Forget me chicken, false food no footlong cookie me really wanted footlong cookie when they put on meau they should serve and if mess with me bull you get the horns please fire these staff this is very unexplainable. I do not lile this behavior please get me footlong cookie for free and unlimited chicken forever you guys are bum. No one ever buy from this please they lie and they are all sixk and me gave them aids for not serving me my food and for lieing please ban this place. I do not like only cheese on my chicken sninchwhich please hire me instead of these fools i actually give kids what they won't and don't lie and give them cookies, this gave me the poops for the past 2 weeks and now I have a bunch of cold sores and aids this is not OKAY.Its been like a long month nows. I still have the aids. It changed tho instead of always pooping i have never pooped in 3 weeks. My bum is not okay. And my poop does not taste the same has it should. Me doctor said i have 26 aid to give away...

The wait for food here is absurd. I came up to the speaker in the drive through to take my order and was asked to wait a moment, so I did. A couple minutes pass and I check in, and they still need a moment. Fine. I waited 10 minutes, and when I checked if they were there, they asked me to wait longer. I told them how long I've been waiting and they said sorry, it was very busy. There was only one car in the parking lot, and it had already been parked there when I arrived, and no other cars were in the drive through. It took me less time to drive across town to the one closer to my work near the mall and go through the drive through than it would have to keep sitting there and waiting.
