THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NEWEST 92nd AVENUE STORE!!! September 10/2023 3 years ago now I visited Grand Prairie I went to Mary Browns downtown on 100th Avenue always great there!! Please keep reading. I don't usually give reviews this bad. When I entered the store on 92nd store there was a skip the Dishes guy waiting for what seemed to be a pretty big order. I stood at counter for all of 15 minutes before the girl acknowledged me then ask me to wait, I waited another 12 minutes so 25 mins before I was able to put my order in. I was starving and it gets a lot worse she spoke great English however she couldn't understand my order and we bantered back and for another 10 minutes. What I ordered and ask for simply was a 4pcs dinner with a chicken breast extra and put it in the same box. Simple right ā ļø nope not with this store. So turns out they told the 4 PC dinner comes with 2 breast pcs. I told the girl I wasn't aware of that, So gets even worse I agree to take 4 PC dinner. When I got home with meal to my disgust the potatoe wedges were dry and hard NOT EDIBLE at ALL. Then I bit into a so called side breast? Thats what cook told me. Turns out they were rib half and super over cooked. I WAS HUGLEY DISAPPOINTED!!! AND HAD TO THROW IT OUTš¤¢š¤®. Please go to Mary Browns original store downtown 100th Avenue, and maybe they will lose more customers and force them to stop giving this kind of food and service// FOOD 0 stars Service 0 stars. Ā Ā Ā Read moreJuly 6, 2022 just before the crazy noon hour!!! These ladies deserve a thank you. What a great bunch of people to deal with this morning. I showed up with a big order followed by several more big orders. Which always tends to make things get a little extra confusing when you have new employees. My order took a little longer due to this confusion but when they figured it out they handled it with such great customer service! I left and as I always do I checked my order when I got to the truck, the only thing missing was the dipping sauce and the swag! So I walked back in just because I actually wanted that dipping sauce. The ladies were so so good about it. I didnāt make a big deal just told them I completely understand and it was busy. It was no sweat off my back to come back in for only sauce!! They gave me extra salad and swag for the inconvenience it caused me having to wait and walk back in!! The best part isā¦.. we were all laughing and enjoying the moment because people are only human and we all get overwhelmed at times!!! Ladies- you did a fantastic job at handling the situations that came up in that time!! Thank you for your apologies and for being so kick to get things under control!! You all rocked it...

That does me no good on the current visit. Plus the makeup order was usually incorrect, as well. Figured we'd give them another try last night. I checked the bag before I left, the order was incorrect. The counter girl went and had a 5 minute debate with the cook, then said it was ready, again. I got home, incorrect in a different way. I phoned and asked for the manager. She wasn't in until this morning. I left my name and number for her to call me. It is now 3pm, no call. I guess the competency level is right through to the top. It is all fine and well to be offered a replacement meal, but that doesn't make the first meal useful. Here's a suggestion, do it correctly...
