I went in today at 615 with my three children. I ordered three waters and a drink for myself from Our server Brandy. It took 25 minutes before the drinks even reached our table. At that time we ordered three kids meal and a half garden salad after waiting almost an hike for our food I asked Brandy if it was going to be much longer. She said the kitchen was backed up and she would send out complimentary fries because she could see the kids were starving.

The manager brought the food out 15 minutes later. At that time I told him my sons fries were cold, my salad was a half order not full and my daughters burger was burnt plus there was no mustard on it. He took the burger and said he would have it remade.

When Brandy bought my daughters burger out I asked for the mustard. She came back and said sorry they only had honey mustard. I said it’s okay she won’t eat it now you can just take it off the bill.

The manager came over and told me they are a Toronto based franchise and carry no mustard and I should read the menu before placing orders. He said this one time he would take it off. I pointed out that a man was standing at the counter for 15 minutes and not one person greeted him. He told me not to tell him how to do his job and told me In front of my 8 year old I was black Listed. .

UPDATE – Oct 2025: After a not-so-great experience in the past, the owner personally reached out to make things right — and he really did! We received a genuine apology, and since then every visit has been awesome: friendly service, accurate orders, and great timing. It means a lot when a business takes feedback seriously, and St. Louis definitely did.

We’ve been back a few times now and have had nothing but good experiences — so glad to be regulars again. Also… the wing poutine with spicy garlic parm? Still unbeatable.

Used to really enjoy coming here but lately we haven’t had good experiences. Food came out incorrect and cold. Waitress didn’t seem to care and had no interest in correcting this gave us cold sauce in a take out container for the nachos to fix the issue. Very slow and inattentive service. Paid our bill while we finished our drinks, 10 minutes later the waitress came back to say there’s a discrepancy in their system despite the receipts being correct and the charge to our card correct. Waitress then left to get a manager to fix the billing issue and didn’t tell us we were good to go and cleared up until another 10 minutes later as she seemed to forget we were waiting for her to let us leave.

Poor service. Poor food. Poor experience overall. Very disheartening that every time we come back it gets worse, used to be our local favourite.
