The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service girl needs to change jobs if she hates people or has such a minimal understanding of her job as a service āprofessionalā. To treat people so rudely and for her own ineptitude is unacceptable: ordered through drive thru with no one in front of or behind us pulled up to the window and was excited to see our drinks waiting for us on the counter proceeded to be tortured by having to look at our once hot drinks get cold for 5 minutes (no exaggeration) without the server opening the window to take payment or even acknowledge us let alone give us our order 3 times someone (not the window person) walked by, as we waved and honked to no avail finally we made enough noise to be noticed (not by the window server but another employee) and when we were speaking to the nice lady who opened the window - asked her if we could get our drinks and that we had been sitting there for quite a while. The window server (who had still not yet acknowledged us) yells across the alcove āIām on the microphone! Weāre a very busy store and just wait!ā Then proceeds to berate, dismiss us and our dissatisfaction with the service with more rudeness, attitude and appalling snarkiness. still, there was no one waiting behind us in the drive thru even as we left.
No excuses. Get a new job if you hate people, service or the job so much. Both of us in the vehicle have been servers, baristas and worked at Starbucks ourselves. We understand bad days, being short staffed and being busy - she was literally the exact opposite of Starbucksā service reputation and their employees...

Since finding that I'm Lactose Intolerant - 68 years down the road of life, I had a terrible incident a year ago March in another City and ended up in the Hospital. Erin helped me work through how I could still have my favourite Latte beverages. She tells each Barista to follow her instructions we've discussed to ensure I never have nasty incidents - diarrhea ! And trust me rushing home with diarrhea is not pleasant ! However, today, May 21, 2024 I arrived at 1:15 p.m., earlier than Erin comes on shift. We'd discussed how all the Barista's know who I am. Today I was called by name even though I didn't give it. The drill is "Oat Milk, wash down the wand and clean pitcher".
By taste I knew it was oat milk but either wand was not washed or pitcher was not a clean one ! You got it !! "Diarrhea" by suppertime !! Gal taking the order didn't remember all that I said and yet knew who I was and my allergy !!
It's not right that I have to wait until Erin arrives on her shift. She is entitled to the hours she works and time off. Everything is typed out from when I give my order so there is no excuse.
I love going there ! The staff are so polite and friendly but I need to be able to trust them. Trust me, what I endure is embarrassing and nasty...

However this is now my FAVORITE Starbucks to come to. The customer service is the best in town. The staff & manager are absolutely amazing and doing above & beyond to provide a great experience & product
Sometime there might be a mistake but it's ok, it's only human to hear something wrong or make a mistake. The minor mistakes I've experience have been so little and unimportant in the long run (ex: no ice & getting ice or not getting whip cream) The staff were extremely apologetic and truly felt bad for the the tiny issue. Anyone who expects a place to be 100% correct all the time isn't being realistic.
I know for a fact I could never do their jobs, as my drinks are ridiculous and confusing.
