Tims My husband and I have attended the Cobblestone Tim Hortons on 3 occasions over the past 1.5 weeks as it is our local location. On the first experience we ordered two beverages and a Boston cream doughnut. The Boston cream doughnut was so dried out that my husband could hear me bite into it while he was driving and the doughnut was crunchy throughout the entire thing. The second visit we once again ordered two drinks and a Boston cream doughnut (I thought the previous one was a one off and obviously it didn’t curve my craving). The doughnut was once again dried out and this time did not have any filling. This morning (December 28), we once again visited and ordered two drinks and two bagels with cream cheese and bacon. We were charged for breakfast sandwiches rather than bagels with bacon and when asked to charge it the other way since it is cheaper, we were told no even though every other location charges it as a bagel with bacon. We then pull up to the window and use a $5 gift card. We are then handed the debit machine to pay and our order was more expensive than it should have been, my husband hands the machine back and asks it to be fixed. The worker told us that she would have to charge us then would give us cash for the difference. We requested that does not happen due to the current pandemic. Another staff came over and both of them continue to hand us the machine with the same charge on it trying to get us to pay. They were not polite and kept saying they fixed it but would hand us the machine, making it feel like they were trying to trick us. My husband then had to park the car and go into the store because they were not listening and we were holding up the line. Once inside the staff finally rectified the total of our order after about 10 minutes, but the staff was extremely rude and slammed down our food and walked away. Both of our bagels had hardly any cream cheese on it and my husbands wasn’t even cut. Unfortunately these aren’t our first negative experiences at this location but these were our worst and will be our last. We will be going to other locations who respect their customers and we get the...
Read moreI went through the DT on my lunch break and here was my experience... I spent a total of 20 minutes in line. When I pulled up to the order point, I noticed the menu boards hadn't been changed to lunch so I couldn't see what options they had. I informed the order taker of this to which he replied "ok" and then ignored me for 2 minutes. Another staff member took my order and I proceeded to the window where I was greater by a debit machine and an employee speaking to other staff in another language. Then my food was shoved at me and he walked away not a single word spoken to me. The food was ok at best, and I thought I would perhaps do a customer survey but apparently you can not fill one out with out a code at the bottom of your receipt which conveniently was missing from the bag along with any napkins. When did this become Tim's level of customer service? No more Tim's for me. McDonald's coffe is way...
Read moreThis Tim Hortons is pathetic. There was only one person ahead of me in line and it still took over ten minutes to receive service, when I had finally made it to the counter and ordered food, I was asked to repeat my order at least 4 times. There wasn't a semblance of positive customer service involved, but no big deal, I am a quiet speaker. Five minutes later I was given my order, and every single item was incorrect. Three items, every single one, not at all what I ordered.
There was at least 8 employees lounging around, one of them spent the entire fifteen minutes I was there wrestling with a garbage bag, the others ambled behind the counter.
I went with a buddy, who only ordered a single item (a wise choice, because there's less chance to catastrophically mess it up) and they just tossed it on the counter. Not a smile, not a thank you from anyone in store - the entire experience was a testament to...
