Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greater Napanee

I got to pizza hut and went to desk to pick up my order - He said the meal would be a couple moments, I waited and they left me there for 25 minutes before I had to physically go up to the counter again, waiting in the queue for the second time and then when I identified myself again, they took my confirmation number from my order that I made online and then confirmed that it hadn’t even been started yet. And then it took another 30 minutes after that point, - we waited over 45 mins for an online order we placed before coming to store. we would have left but we had paid over $60 for our order online ahead of time. they were at least 30 orders behind in preparing the pizzas is what we were told. Plus their communication was not very good at all. So many people were just waiting and even leaving without their orders because they were so far behind. Very disappointed- wont be going...

Food's pretty good here. I order alot online & out of maybe 75 orders I only ever had 1 incorrect, which is a VERY good ratio & even then it got fixed quick 'cause they accidently gave one of my pizza's to a different guy, so I took his & it was all Gucci. Tried something new & it was alright. Staff are pretty chill there. They aren't really talkative; but they show respect & work hard. I've alot of gratitude that they put up with my awful $200 orders for my workplace every now & then each Payday. ... Sorry for that. Absolutely love this Pizza Hut in Napanee! The staff (Lopesh) are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to prepare the orders. The pizzas are fresh, hot, and perfectly made every single time. Their stuffed crust is my favourite – cheesy, flavourful, and never disappoints. I also tried their boneless wings and garlic breadsticks, which were delicious and came out nice and warm. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, with lots of seating and a comfortable atmosphere if you want to dine in.
