Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Greater Napanee

Very unsatisfactory experience today at this location. I ordered 3 new spicy chicken sandwiches and requested for the pickles to be placed on the side. The reason for this request being ,I didn’t want the sandwich to get soggy with the wet pickles because the sandwiches weren’t going to be eaten right away. I explained this to the manager on duty ,he wasn’t happy with my request and proceeded to tell me that this is against policy. He can only put pickles on the sandwiches and cannot give it to me on the side. I try my hardest to process what he was trying to tell me but couldn’t understand. Myself being a manager in a fast food establishment and honour this same request on a daily basis could not understand why Popeyes will have this as a policy ,not to accommodate a request of pickles on the side. But I must say I also requested this at another location in Toronto and it was easily fulfilled. Not sure if it’s just a policy at this location but the manager on duty 2pm October 3rd said it’s Popeyes policy. I left this location feeling very disappointed. Terrible Experience at Popeyes Napanee – Won’t Be Back

We drove 30 minutes to Popeyes Napanee specifically to order 20 pieces of white meat chicken, and we even said we didn’t mind paying extra for it. The total came to $75.

When we got home, we opened the box to find that almost everything was wings—some even had black spots on them. This is NOT what we were expecting when we asked for white meat. We drove all the way back to complain, only to be told that wings are considered white meat. They refused to fix the order or offer a proper solution. We asked for a refund, but they didn’t even try to make it right.

For the price, the long drive, and the complete lack of customer service, this was beyond disappointing. Definitely not worth the trip, and we won’t...

This might be the first one star review I’ve ever given on Google. I’ve attended this restaurant three times over the past year, and it’s three strikes you’re out. Chicken fingers were raw at the tip (I don’t mean there was a vein and a little pink, it was legit raw) and the mashed potato had the consistency of Elmers Glue. My brother described the chicken sandwich as slimy.

Fries were good and fresh and hot. But it wasn’t enough to redeem this location. Each visit over the span of months is the same story - long wait for poorly prepared food in a dirty restaurant

Pop machine was broken and didn’t have Coke, lemonade, sprite, and the machine squirted everywhere on the working options.
